I used to be a blackmagic fan, owned several cameras, had a switcher but received no real support!
You can ONLY get support when you pay for their software and making them rich by buying hardware from them will not give you and rights to get just a friendly guy on the phone.
I have a last piece i just gave on ebay from them as I will not like to be reminded on their name.
There are more companies such as Avid which knows the word service and aftersale!

For all reading this, just take my advice, my rating is not just done by a little time, I spend years and years with them, they stink! They are rude and they are snobby!

Their hardware is not so good any way and for that price [please check on google, than check on trust pilot for their ratings and than buy!
Remember you are the King as YOU are the one paying as a customer!

BTW I wrote to the EU commision and copied the email from their (so called support) that I can't get free support as I do not own a paid copy of their stupid software I do not need.
I use Final Cut Pro and Premiere and I just needed to have BMD hardware..
They need to give free support by EU law!
Will be continued as they will be fined!

After waiting for a long time during lockdown as the ATEM mini has had long lead time due to demand. This is not surprising it is absolutely brilliant. I have been trying to do training videos using a simple matrix switcher (it is crude not very professional). Using the ATEM is intuitive and provides several facilities right on control panel that are hard on simple matrix switcher. When you connect to the control software a true and mind blowing broadcast facility is at your fingertips. Everything has proved plug and play even used a couple of my old video cameras adapted to HDMI out they just become part of the current world (used them as they have very fast lenses and were top of range a long time ago) what a dream auto scaling. Why can other companies not listen to there users as Blackmagic does they have made a product bridging the gap from Heath Robinson to BBC on a shoestring. So professional but affordable and fully compatible in the world of video. Thanks Blackmagic I am trying something I thought was going to cost too much but I can see that I am going to be able to do what I need simply.

They do not stand behind their products. They will leave you hanging and won't repair THEIR ISSUES! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

As producers of inexpensive cinema cameras, Black Magic design is the best value for the money.

Their Pocket Cinema Camera 4k is amazing. And in many ways rivals more expensive cameras. However, I will caution you that cameras like this have limitations. Some of which can be compensated for by spending more money. (the battery life of the PCC4k is extremely short and it needs a v mount to function as a main camera) but the quality is still as good as you'd see from canon for twice the price.

eigentlich wollte ich ja ihr Programm namens DaVinci Resolve bewerten, d.h. diese Bewertung geht nicht an das Unternehmen an sich. Der Grund von dieser schlechten Bewertung sind einfach nur die TONNEN AN BUGS, die sehr nervig beim Videoschnitt sind (Version 15.2). Z.B. Habe ich einen Cut in einer unteren Audiospur machen wollen. Doch dann ist die Spur komplett "zerglitshed" un dann ist das Programm einfach abgestürzt, was sehr frustrierend ist. Ich weiß, es ist meine Dummheit, dass ich nicht abgespeichert habe, aber es war ja auch sehr unerwartet
