Not trustworthy.poor customer service, no phone # RUN!!

I ordered their cocoa powder on Aug 6. On Aug 13 they emailed that my package has been shipped. I checked USPS tracking # and my product was in their warehouse in Hileah, not yet accepted by USPS, not shipped. I checked daily to see if it was accepted and shipped, but NO. It had not moved.
I emailed customer service Aug 17 that my product was still in their Hileah warehouse and a bot replied "we will get back to you in 24 hrs". The response Aug 18 was" It has been shipped" I immediately checked, and it was still sitting in Hileah, had not been accepted by USPS. Tired of endless delay and lies, I emailed Aug 18 that my package had not moved and was still in their Hileah warehouse. After reading others similar experiences here, I felt scammed. I told customer service that I wanted a full refund. $95.91. I received NO response.
They have my money and won't send my product. They lied repeatedly that it was shipped. Today is Aug 20, and USPS tracking says package in Hileah is not accepted, not shipped.
I called my credit card company to reverse the charge. I have documented all this and am prepared to fight for my refund.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, horrible shipping. Been 2.5 weeks and they still haven’t shipped my product and I requested a refund a week ago which they ignored until today which they said can’t refund me.

Massive delay between order placed and order received

I ordered a 6 bottle package of Black Forest's Cocoa Flavanols and Flavonoids product. The ordering process was seamless and, of course, my credit card was billed immediately. When I ordered, the website stated 3 to 8 business days for "economy" shipping. 12 DAYS later, I received a message from Black Forest stating that my order was being shipped. 12 days! I expected to have RECEIVED my order by then. I should have received that shipping message a day or two (3 at most) after I ordered. Two MORE weeks pass and the product FINALLY arrived. Reading these reviews, it's apparent this is a continuing and severe problem with Black Forest Supplements and they NEED to fix it.
I would have given this review 1 star because the shipping issue is a major negative but I added a star because, having now tried it, I actually do like the product but it's still too early to evaluate efficacy. Given the extreme delay between ordering and receiving, I'll have to give it some thought before ordering from Black Forest Supplements again. I've seen no indication on their product or their website that they use 3rd party lab testing to test their products. I'd like to see an evaluation for heavy metals, especially Cadmium which has been a big issue in Cocoa products. I have found no reference to addressing heavy metal issues at all on the Black Forest website.

Shippement promished as ready, but took 2 weeks to ship.

I placed an order with Black Forest on July 16, 2025. Here's their response that day: "Your order #195106 with Black Forest Supplements, containing supercharged cocoa flavanols with 1200mg of flavonoids, is ready for shipment, and you've saved $7.20 on the total price."
It's suppose to take 8 - 10 business days for shipment, and by July 28, I had not received it, so I complained. On July 30 they replied: Thank you for reaching out to us at Black Forest Supplements.
Hope all is well.
Wehave a delay in shipping Supercharged Cocoa Flavanols 1200MG supplements. We are working hard to solve it as soon as possible.
We are extremely sorry, please allow a couple of days. You will soon have your package in your hands.
This is a supplement with a very high demand, and I know that's no excuse for the delay, but that's it, that's the reason."
Why didn't the apologise earlier and why did they at the start say there might be a delay?

Horrible shipping

Horrible shipping, minimal customer service. Waiting almost a month for my order and still sitting in Florida. I have purchased items direct from China and Ukraine that take less time to arrive. Look elsewhere for purchasing health supplements.

Abysmal customer service

This company does not offer a phone number for customer service. They only provide an email address and do not reply in a timely manner.
I ordered a product that just simply never was delivered. When I sent my question via email, it took three days for them to get back to me to tell me it was back ordered.
I understand products that are popular being backordered and although frustrated, wasn’t upset with that. However, once my order shipped the ship to address they used was incorrect. So I’m never going to receive my order.
When I emailed again asking for assistance, I was told the order has been shipped and there’s nothing they can do. They did not offer to assist me with my order. They did not provide me an opportunity to refund my order and try again. And now they will not respond to me at all.
This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely frustrating for a consumer. I have just kissed $70 goodbye and will not get it back.

Shysters

I ordered 2 of their cocoa flavanol product on a BOGO sale. It took 3 weeks to ship, they wrote 2 items on the customs declaration but only shipped 1 meaning I paid customs fees as if it were 2 items. When I asked for a refund, they refunded the item price but not the additional shipping. If I want my money back from customs, I need to file a bunch of paperwork for effectively 10 dollars. After all is said and done, I paid about 10% more than the regular price + shipping for the 1 product received, even though I bought it 'on sale'.

Shipping of product is pathetic

Shipping of product is pathetic! Two+ weeks for delivery every time I order. I'm on the east coast the same as were the ship from. I can't be the only person that gets their orders in this time frame. This time order July 1st, expected delivery now July 18th.
If they need to charge for shipping, then so be it.
At least people will know it will be coming sooner.

complete SCAM of a company

complete SCAM of a company. Placed order , tracking number was updated. Shows package received in Hilaeah Fl (later learned this is only their own warehouse) and then never ever moves again. Contacted the company who says package will ship in a couple days. Waited a week after no package movement, contacted company again they say the exact same thing. A MONTH goes by still nothing so contact company and company assures me product is shipping out that day, he packed it himself. So I check the tracking a few days later and still zero movement. This company is just a total total scam. STAY AWAY!!

I placed an order for High Flavanol Cocoa Powder on 6/19/2025, I received a tracking number a few days later but after a week the order never moved out of Florida. I tried to contact the company several times but finally had to contact my credit card company to get a refund.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! I placed an order on May 24th and still have not received it as of June 25th. Never received tracking updates either. I reached out on Sunday June 22nd and Vincenzo replied almost immediately, assuring me that his team would make this right. The next day Gema offered to send me a replacement order and I requested overnight delivery. That was the last time I heard from customer service. On Tuesday, June 24th, I requested a full refund and did so again today. I've been completely ghosted and have zero confidence that this company will refund my money. Just read the reviews of this company....many of them are the result of other customers having a similar experience. If you take the time to do the research and multiple customers highlight their concerns, you should consider that we're not just negative, disgruntled customers. There is a pattern here and I hope I can help others avoid the nonsense that I've had to endure. Maybe the supplements are good but their logistics and customer service really need an overhaul. Unfortunately, I don't think they care and they'll probably go out of business before they fix their problems.

I placed my order for their Cocoa flavonoids, and that was the easiest part of doing business with this company. I use Route to track my orders so that I can expect my deliveries. I must say this was my first time doing business with this company, and it will be my last. I watched my order sit in the USPS stage where the label was created and it remained in there for 5 days. The order was finally dropped off with USPS and has not begun the journey to my residence yet. I cannot rate their product, but I will certainly give them an F for service. I attempted to contact their customer service department and I'm still waiting for a response back Good luck just beware I have warned you

Product never shipped. Had to argue for a refund.

Same as all the other folks here. I ordered something. The "printed a label" and called it shipped. A full week went by with no change to the UPS shipping. I contacted them and they told be the had a "warehouse issue" which seems to be their standard response - check all the review sites. But, they told me they had it fixed and it would be shipped. So... a few more days went by and still no movement. I contacted them again asking for a refund. They said, "No. We've really got it fixed this time and we'll send it." I told them I was no longer interested and that I'd be contacting the credit card company citing a failure to deliver. At that point, they capitulated and gave me my money back. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. ZERO INTEGRITY.
