Great product, worst customer service, deceptive shipping practices. Im have already found an adequate substitute and at a cheaper price. Maybe I should be thanking their terrible service for saving me money.

Takes forever to arrive - 0 communication that makes sense - I have copies of everything - cancelled order and was delayed for 2 weeks until they shipped it - Now that I have it I have been using it and it makes no difference that I can tell - it tastes good but that's not why I purchased it.

Bought products, but was overcharged from the website price. I tried to send them a message on their contact page. They have not responded. I tried a second time and again no response. They dont list a phone number on their website either. Also they advertise 600mg of epicatechin, but when I received this product, it showed less and the label had been changed from their advertisement. Not a good way to run a business.

I placed the order over a week ago and haven’t got a confirmation email back or anything. I have emailed them a couple times. Got a vague response on. They will be getting back to me in 24 hours and still nothing. Don’t waste your time with this product.

When I told my naturaopathic doctor about i bought The Black Forrest High Flavanol Cocoa , he said stop. It contains high oxalates , more then regular cocoa . So anyone with certain types of arthritis, while buying this to help themselves could hurt themselves with this product. And they make out like the product is so great. And when I drink it, I got so sleepy I could not keep my head up. So I cut back the amount to maybe 1/6 of the scoop and it still made me sleepy or a bit out of it. Hmmmmmm So I wrote them about the oxilates question. They never wrote back.

Right now you can't access their website for it comes back with security issues. They ship to the wrong address even though they said they change the address.

Every time I do business with this company to place an order, It seems like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing! I place my order and cannot get a straight answer whether or when my product will be shipped! This is the second time this has happened!

Took a long time to arrive, tastes horrible and never truly dissolves, tried many.

I am CANCELLING my account altogether as there is a supplement I no longer want to receive. i have been trying to do this for two weeks but there is NO OPTION to zero out the quantity nor to delete it. Then I tried to cancel my credit card. It has been not short of infuriating to deal with customer service. They just give the runaround via emails. There is no customer service number to call. YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT INFO but i was able to delete my address to not receive any orders. Though the products are amazing it is not worth having control over my account.

I've been sending emails, leaving phone messages for months to cancel my subscription and they still keep sending the product. I even sent 2 back costing me over $20 and they never reimbursed me! Buyer beware! Don't join automated mail outs. I can never reach anyone over the phone and they never return my calls or emails. Scam!!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order on March 23rd. I received notice the product was delivered on April 4th. I did not receive the product. They have no phone number. Only contact by emails. I sent a note from their Contact Us page. I receive an auto reply acknowledge receipt and please allow 24 hours for them to respond, which they did not. So sent another message from their site. Again I got an auto reply saying please allow 24 hours for them to respond. It is now approach 2 weeks and nothing at all from them. I did send a third message stating I was reporting them to my credit card company which I did.

The supplements are good but it's god damn annoying how slow they are to actually send your packages

Very disappointed with this company. They lie about delivery times of their products . Asked to cancel order and get a refund. They ignore and say they are still shipping . 8 days later and still waiting.
