First it was the kindness I received from support when my order was taking longer than expected time to reach me. I would write and ask about the delay and I would ALWAYS get a immediate response, and to me that ment everything to me. So when I finally received my package I was not disappointed. It was definitely worth the wait. I TRULY love it and will DEFINITELY be getting more very soon. Gotta stock up because it's just that good. Believe me if it was bad or I would have had a bad experience with the product or support I will definitely be the first to say it,and they definitely not paying me to say this. It's just that good plain and simple. Thank you all again for your patience with me and for a wonderful product.

Florenix is a great company, I have experienced positive results from their Cocoa Flavinoids supplements and have received top-notch service from their Customer support representative NIKKI!
Nikki has been quick to respond and act to alleviate a few minor hiccups that occurred with my orders, both in providing the correct discounts to my additional orders, and also Nikki was quick to correct a small problem regarding my order fulfillment. Overall, the experience has been extremely positive, leaving me with the belief that Florenix truly cares for their customers! 10 Stars!

It's more flavorful than I expected. Very good for a morning drink - just a warm chocolate drink.

Fraud, product is from China, throw away, not worth tryout health and risks associated. I ordered 5 cans and turn it into fertilizer, no good. You have one life and health is more important than money. Throw it away, screw the wasted money, throw it away!!.
I wish I could post pictures of how I literally dumped all the product, all 5 cans into the soil, washed it, and whats left over is some pooled up black substance that looks like engine oil, im so glad I didn't use it and just dumped it, im so worried about ordering anything from China and this only reaffirmed my suspicions. I wish I could post pictures to show you guys.
Bad bad bad bad scam.

I bought three cans. When I opened it up it was only half full. I opened up all three only half full. I feel ripped off and I won't be ordering. It should be full to the fill line. I have photos for proof someone got in touch. It is sold by volume not by weight. She said if I give it a shake it will be back to normal. I did it. And it is still. Less than half full. Its suppose to be 30 scoops. On the container it says 30. It should be more full by you get half or less full. Don't order

This company is horrible the customer service is not good just because they say they shipped the product which I never received they only gave me a partial refund when I should have received a full refund because I never received the product! This company is disingenuous by putting it mildly!

Utter flavorless garbage. Packaging is meant as a Black Forest knockoff. I made a batch of my peanut butter chocolate protein powder and threw the whole batch away - no chocolate flavor at all. Who knows what's in this stuff? There are little white specks all through it like it's cut with something. I don't even think the label is made in the USA, let alone the product.

Total Scam Product.Says 100% US MADE . Comes from China. Fake Product, who knows what shit is in this stuff.Filed Fraud charge w/ my bank was paid w/ visa.We will see what happens

First, they claim to be a us company. I started receiving tracking info from all over China. When I asked about it i was told that the tracking info was for their ingredients, not my order. THEN...I asked for a refund on grounds that I ordered a us product, and this was shady. I was told that I could not get a refund, and was offered a 30 percent discount which I will not be using. Spent almost 100 bucks for some shady Chinese product that still has not arrived.

The company doesn’t stand behind their product. Their guarantee means nothing.

A friend of mine introduced me to Florenix.
I was a bit sceptical but willing to try.
It was the best choice.
I never tasted a cocoa like that, rich in flavour, no sugar and still giving me so much energy afterwards.
I had a small problem with ordering it the second time but support helped in every way working 24/7 even on weekend days.
Florenix Cocoa Flavanols & Flavonoids Is a product I hope to use always.

Don't buy this product. They duped me with similar packaging to Black Forest high flavonol cocoa. The product tastes fake and absolutely disgusting I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one I'm going to throw all the remaining product in the trash it tastes so awful

Second No Production date No LOT number No Expiration date . Why?
Third Barcode that begins with 978.. reserved for books. Why?
Fourth Manufactured for US Oxford Gene Inc... Why? Genetic company shipping cocoa from Uzbekistan with no production date and fake barcode
Very reliable

Fell for advertising and so-called reviews (2319 Reviews but the page only shows eight of them). The parcel was shipped from China (and again from Belgium), so I am assuming the stuff was made there as well. Should have made some proper background investigation before placing the order. Also the company address is registered under Sheridan Wyoming, commonly used by so-called shell companies.

Edit: I received an e-mail from the company asking if I could change my review for a refund. So this is my final on the topic, since I received NO refund. Cool to see paid/bot reviews popping up now, all the sudden.

Ordered the high flavanol Cocoa. It shipped from Somewhere other then the U.S. so it made me a bit worried about it's manufacturing origin. Representative assured me it was made in the USA, and explained how the routing could have been confusing. I had some other concerns, but to their credit, customer service kept in touch and rectified. Have not used the product as of yet, but packaging doesn't indicate any other origin other the U.S. which is good. I also purchased a similar competitors product and will compare the two, with perhaps a follow up review. What I can say is that their customer service followed through and kept promises. That's a big plus.
