I read all of the reviews and started buying Black Forest cocoa from Walmart. After realizing that Walmart was selling a new 12X version of the 6 flavones and 6 Flavonoids. I could drink 2-3 cups of coffee with this and no jitters. I decided to try Black Forest during president week ( buy 1 get 1 deal). I was expecting this to take 2 months to get delivered plus I was expecting each container to be of a different quality and amount. I only drink one cup of coffee and I look like that guy in the video with the jitters. This product sat in a harbor for 2 weeks and I started to ask about it and yes you get the AI response. My first thought was the reviews, thinking I was an idiot. 3 days later the package was delivered. All 8 containers in great condition and OMG what about those reviews. NO GUTS NO GLORY. You really need to try this out for yourself and not trust these reviews because of someone else who wasn’t happy wrote something bad.

The product itself is pretty good

The product itself is pretty good, tasty.

Shipping is very slow, took about 2 weeks to get. When I received it, I was expecting 6 bottles, only received 3.
Contacted customer and didn’t hear anything for a week so I emailed them again. They tell me I only ordered 1 on bogo but the other two I didn’t. Basically paid full price -$19 which was almost double the bogo deal. That doesn’t make sense so they say they are shipping me the 1 bottle for the bogo. First of all, Why didn’t I get it originally with my order? Secondly, I should be getting 2 more bottles but apparently I’m not.
I gotta tell ya, this isn’t how you run a business, they scammed me out of 2 bottles and I’m not happy about it.
Great advertising got me, terrible experience. Execution& customer service lost me. They definitely lost a customer, I’m going back to Maia.

If you pay attention to the dates and ratios of the positive reviews, two things become immediately obvious. Most of the five star reviews were posted within the same narrow time frame, specifically clustered within a single day or week in October of last year. Many of these reviews use generic language and say very basic things, which strongly suggests bot activity or paid reviews. What makes this even more concerning is that these positive reviews appear in large waves immediately after negative reviews, most of which consistently mention issues with shipping and fulfillment. If this isnt a clear indicator of a company to stay away from, I am not sure what is.

As for my personal experience, I ordered this product because it was the sponsor for a popular YouTuber and promoted as being high quality. I purchased it without hesitation, assuming the brand was reputable. After placing the order, I began researching further and realized there were no reputable podcasters, reviewers, or independent videos genuinely choosing or recommending this brand. Even more concerning, the company provides no publicly available test records to verify product quality. There are no cacao purity tests, no heavy metal or lead testing, and no transparency regarding sourcing or manufacturing standards.

This immediately made me regret my purchase. On the same day I placed the order, before it had shipped, I emailed the company requesting a cancellation. They only responded the following day. The email response? It was an automated email asking me to rate my conversation with the customer service representative that I spoke to, even though I never received an initial response from an actual representative to begin with. I checked my spam folder as well. Their system appears to had automatically opened and closed the support ticket without providing any assistance hah. When I followed up regarding this issue, the only emails I received were promotional discount offers and Presidents Day sale advertisements.

Buyers should be extremely cautious and reconsider ordering from cacao companies that do not provide public testing records or maintain competent customer service and shipping systems. It is very clear this company prioritizes sales over accountability and appears to stall or deflect any requests related to cancellations or returns.

This behavior does not reflect product quality or integrity in any way. TEMU has better customer service than this brand. Based on the review patterns, I fully expect another wave of overly positive reviews to appear shortly after this one.

This is shameful because there are people like me who’d be willing to become loyal customers if the brand and service are great, yet here they’ve lost a customer who’d help keep their business going bc of their crappy business model.

England Buyers

Haven’t tried the product as of yet, but I’d expect it to be useful.

It’s taken some time for delivery, without the promotion it wasn’t even something I would have considered. Shout out to Paul 💯.

If you’re ordering from England you will have to pay for delivery + £40 import tax When it arrives to Royal Mail. Madness. Isn’t there a wholesale in England or business that sells their products?

I ordered the cocoa flavanols and the longevity mix. It was nearly 5 weeks before the order supposedly delivered, however, I received tracking for the order right away. When the tracking just kept showing label created, I reached out to BlackForest. I was told they had an overwhelming response and were a little behind. I could understand that. I waited a bit longer and again I reached out - still same story. They could not tell me when my product would ship. So I asked to cancel the order and was told they could not do that. This is a scam trick I'm seeing more and more, where they go ahead and create the shipping label and tell you they can't cancel the order yet it's weeks before the product actually ships. I suspect they didn't even have product on hand when they accepted my order. When I never received my product, I disputed the charge on my card on 1/4/2026 but bc tracking shows the product delivered 3 weeks later, the card company sided with BlackForest. These are shady business practices and I will not do business with them again. However, it's no loss as their products are very overpriced and comparable quality can be found made by other companies.

shipping time sucks but once i began using product (3rd day) i began feeling relief from the "forever flu" i have been suffering from. tried stirring into milk. did not work. tried shaking in a shaker. did not mix. used blender and worked great. enjoyed the taste. wish it came with instructions

Poor website. Poor customer service. Poor experience.

Black Forest Supplements did not honor my subscription I tried to place at time of my order on Jan 8, 2026, with a perpetual subscription price of $29.99. All of my attempts to email their customer service were NEVER responded to in regards to my questions as to why the subscription did not go through. Their web form must have been broken that day, because I tried TWICE to place the subscription order, being sure I clicked on the subscribe option. But no indication that a subscription was started. I emailed their customer support and eventually got a response that they were busy trying to fill orders and to be patient. So they did not address my issue at all. The last response from their customer service simply gaslighted that me that I didn’t subscribe at all with my order, with no further help. That is the problem I tried to get help with. I already had an outstanding previous order not yet shipped, so the only reason I placed another order was to start the specially priced subscription. So overall their website and customer service are lousy and this was a very poor experience attempting to resolve my issue. I would not have placed a standalone order if I had known the subscription option was not working correctly, and that I would be ignored trying to resolve it.

Their customer service responded saying they wanted to help resolve my issue. A little back-and-forth with them and I showed them how their website form was broken and misleading. They were once again of ZERO help whatsoever, once again ignoring the issues and questions I had. This time they only said they were going to alert the developers to fix their web form. WOOP-DE-DOO. It's not just the website that's broken. They need to fix their customer support. They didn't address my original issues whatsover. This has been a complete waste of my time.

What a JOKE of a company...

I saw Paul Joseph Watson promoting this stuff... I can only HOPE he doesn't know what a JOKE of a company he's promoting.

Lets start with a QUARTER of their reviews are 1 star. Mostly due to shipping "issues"... hmmm... shippers are not great in the USA, BUT they're not THAT bad!

Next, from their own website "If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are only issued for items returned in their original, sealed condition. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the product has been opened or used. Additionally, we reserve the right to approve or deny refunds at our discretion." - ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! How are you supposed to know whether you're satisfied if you don't OPEN the product and TRY it??!! Heck NO, I will NOT order. I'm going back to to the health ranger to get my cocoa - and I believe HIM when they test their cocoa for heavy metals and more.
