Website lies and misleads. No such things as try out and 100% hasslefree returns! if you have issues you will be tied up in nonsense till the cows come home. Poor service, extensive delays in delivery and not only that by i was hit with a £50 customs charge (they should tell you these things if they really want to work globally!) thats on top of a priority $74 delivery charge that took 6 weeks to deliver.

Today is 12/12/2024 I ordered on 11/14/2024 still nothing. The receipt said 3-8 business days clearly that is a joke.
Not one of my emails to the company has been answered but they seem to still be ok with sending me promo emails daily.
Do not order they are not a legitimate company.
For those looking for CoCoa, I have found a source for half the cost on Amazon, and the best part is they actually send you what you paid for.

I've ordered twice from this company.
First time without a hitch, as with most internet Purchases.
The second time however, required communication (by email) with this company to correct an issue.
The issue ...
9/6 Product ordered
9/8 received email "Order is on its way"
9/10 Payment debited from account {$150 +)
For 5 days ... No tracking "Order pending"
Oh well, " Order is on its way"
I'm out of the product I was ordering at this point, so it's more prevalent on my mind.
9/16 Day 10,
I reach out to Black Forest.
Later that day I receive (auto generated ?) " .... please allow at least 24 hours to receive a response"
9/18 Beyond 48 hours, I reach out again
to ask "What can I expect" ?
I haven't received any reply other than
" ... 24 hrs ..."
9/21 Received order.
9/25 Received email " ..... your order has been marked as delivered ..."
9/25 Second email later that day .... " Hi ****, How would you rate the help ***** gave you? Let us know"
I did not get ANY help, nor communication from *****.
Until after I let them know by saying only "I would rate the help that I got from ***** as the minimum number of stars due to the help being non-existent".
" If y'all are asking if I'm a satisfied customer ... no, not really"
"Please make sure my email is removed from all marketing emails "
( there are many )
I guess that's where I'll leave it ( them, as well ), for what it's worth
I learned that customer service Is the weak spot.
Maybe, this is AI ?
Probably won't be ordering again. It's not worth the time and aggravation.
