It is very buggy

It is very buggy. I don't feel safe with my funds on this platform. MANY functions just suddenly stop working and you have nothing to do about it until it suddenly starts working again. For example I couldn't type "." into the price of the coin when I wanted to sell. Lol. Crazy app the people that made this are crazy!

I deposited 10,000 USDT of my own funds…



I deposited 10,000 USDT of my own funds into a fully verified Bitget TradFi MT5 trading account.

I traded XAUUSD (Gold) using my own capital. Following successful trading activity, my account balance increased significantly and at one stage reached approximately 38,000 USDT.

Subsequently, Bitget alleged that certain XAUUSD transactions dated May 8, 2026 constituted “suspicious and/or high-risk trading activity” and imposed restrictions on my MT5 account.

Bitget instructed me to close all open positions before the review process could continue. I fully complied with this instruction.

After complying with Bitget’s instructions and while my account remained restricted, my account balance declined significantly and was reduced to approximately 15,484 USDT.

Bitget then informed me that:
• An initial rollback of 18,423.50 USDT would be applied.
• This amount was later changed to 11,935.80 USDT.
• My MT5 account would be permanently restricted.
• Any remaining balance would only become withdrawable after I agreed to the rollback.

Key Concerns

Despite multiple requests, Bitget has not provided:
• The specific trades allegedly violating its Terms of Use.
• Detailed evidence supporting the allegations.
• A transaction-by-transaction analysis.
• A detailed explanation for changing the rollback amount from 18,423.50 USDT to 11,935.80 USDT.

Most importantly, the proposed deduction affects not only disputed profits but also my original deposited capital.

I expressly informed Bitget that I was willing to relinquish any claim to disputed profits and requested only the return of my original deposited capital of 10,000 USDT.

This request was refused.

Requested Regulatory Review

I respectfully request that the Financial Services Commission review:
1. Whether sufficient evidence exists to justify the allegations.
2. Whether the rollback calculation was properly determined and transparently communicated.
3. Whether a regulated entity may withhold or deduct funds affecting a client’s original deposited capital under these circumstances.
4. Whether Bitget’s handling of this matter complies with principles of fairness, transparency, and client protection.

Requested Outcome

I respectfully seek assistance in recovering my original deposited capital of 10,000 USDT, together with any remaining funds lawfully belonging to me.

Tutto ok finchè utilizzi l'exchange al suo interno, al momento che devi prelevare o che devi fare qualcosa (nel mio caso anche solo creare la chiave API per la tassazione) diventa impossibile; non basta il codice sms, il codice per email, ed il codice autenticator, ma ti chiedono anche un'assurda e lunga procedura in cui vogliono che fai un video dove devi riprendere te stesso, il tuo documento (ben leggibile), anche le transazioni di deposito sull'exchange e i prelievi dalla banca o dall'exchange da dove provengono quei fondi, nel video si deve vedere anche la fase che fai il login, il tutto nel video (non foto), insomma un'assurdità mai vista prima e una cosa tecnicamente difficilissima con una normale camera di smartphone (per questioni di risoluzione e focus) e anche nel caso riesci è estremamente laboriosa e ti fa perdere tantissimo tempo. Io sto tentando di risolvere da ormai oltre 1 settimane e non sono ancora riuscito a creare la mia chiave API, a questo punto probabilmente non farò neanche in tempo a pagare le tasse entro il 30 giugno. E' ovvio che con tutto questo la sicurezza non ha niente a che vedere ma in realtà vogliono solo mettere in difficoltà le persone solo per il gusto di farlo e tentano di tutto afficnhè tu non possa prelevare i tuoi soldi.

Hey everyone,

I am writing this post to alert the community and publicly demand answers from Bitget. My account has been completely locked, and my personal funds have been frozen for more than 10 consecutive days with absolutely zero explanation.

Case Details:

Support Ticket Number: #RFI20260530000126

User UID: 5335953617

Status: "Under Review" (Risk Control RFI)

What happened: Out of nowhere, Bitget’s automatic system flagged my account and put my withdrawal functionality on a complete hold. I haven't violated any Terms of Service, and my transactions are completely legitimate.

For the past 10 days, I have been trying to get any clear answer from their customer support. All I get is generic, automated copy-pasted responses telling me to "wait patiently" while their compliance team reviews the case. 10 days for a basic review is completely unacceptable for a tier-1 exchange and directly violates standard industry processing times.

My next steps: I have already drafted a formal Legal Notice and sent it to Bitget's compliance department. If my account is not fully restored and my funds are not released within the next 24 hours, I am moving forward with:

Official Regulatory Complaints: I will be filing formal complaints for unlawful financial withholding to European financial regulators where Bitget operates or holds VASP registrations, specifically the FCIS (Lithuania), OAM (Italy), and CNMV (Spain).

Full Public Exposure: I will publish the entire log of chat transcripts, screenshots, and transaction hashes across all crypto subreddits and X (Twitter) to show how Bitget treats its users' funds.

To the Bitget moderators/support on Reddit: Do not give me another automated reply here. Escalate ticket #RFI20260530000126 to a Senior Compliance Manager immediately and unlock my assets.

Has anyone else dealt with such an incredibly long "Risk Control" hold on Bitget recently? How long did it take for them to actually do their job?

The Most Unreliable, Unfair, and Scam‑Friendly Exchange I’ve Ever Seen

In my 10 years of experience in the cryptocurrency space, Bitget has been one of the worst, most unreliable, and most unfair platforms I have ever used. Their P2P system is full of scammers, and Bitget does absolutely nothing to protect buyers.
You send your money, and the seller simply refuses to release the crypto while Bitget keeps asking you for endless videos and “proofs” instead of taking action.
It feels like Bitget is indirectly supporting scammers rather than protecting honest users.
This has been a completely disappointing and frustrating experience. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this exchange, especially from their P2P section.

Es ist nicht möglich, Fiat einzuzahlen.
Am 4.6. habe ich zunächst von Revolut aus EUR gesendet. Bitget hat mich dafür zuvor gezwungen, bei HEURO in Frankreich ein Konto eingerichten. Unter Angabe aller geforderten Zahlungsinformationen, habe ich den Betrag, den ich investieren wollte, an die Bank überwiesen. Revolut hat den Eingang dort bestätigt. Dann sah ich kurz darauf bei Bitget die vielsagende Nachricht, "Zahlungskanal fehlgeschlagen". Seitdem schlage ich mich stundenlang mit Ihrem künstlichen Idioten rum, der mir nicht sagt, WARUM die Einzahlung abgelehnt wurde.
Dasselbe noch einmal mit einer Zahlung von einer anderen Bank. Mittlerweile 20% Verlust an Überweisungsgebühren. So viel Profit kann man gar nicht mit Krypto machen, dass sich das rechnet.

Do not trust these people I bought USDC crypto currency from these people but they did not crefdit my account I waited paitently whil it send pendin wiat 1-4 minutes but after two hours still no currency then they told my broker that my bank where holding the payment I called my bank they comnfirmed they had the money for two hours they were lying to me when I tried to contact them online I was told account not recognised. So I would advise everyone DO NOT triust these rogues they will steal your money and you just cant contatct them either online or by email.

I use Bitget for learning futures…

I use Bitget for learning futures trading with small amounts. I planned to increase my capital, but now I am considering moving to another platform. Everything works fine, except for the Rewards Center. I complete tasks and collect points, but the platform does not give the bonuses. It is completely unclear why. Fixing this is crucial if you want to keep active users.

J’ai été informé que Bitget allait fermé en France quand c’était déjà acté.
J’aimerais récupérer mes fonds et les transférer vers une autre plateforme mais aucune infos n’est donnée et quand je leurs écris, aucune réponse de leur part. Déçu de leurs parts dans la gestion de cette situation.

terrible experience

In my opinion, Bitget Wallet is the most disappointing platform and customer service I've ever encountered. When I deposited $6,000 into my Bitget Wallet contract account, it took over 20 hours to process and not receive the funds. The blockchain showed the transfer was successful long ago. There was no explanation. When I contacted customer support, I received over twenty emails just asking me to submit my ID, hash, and wallet address. After submitting these, they never resolved the issue. I initially chose it because it allowed trading in US stock tokens, and I've already deposited over $70,000 into my Bitget Wallet contract account. In short, this is not a trustworthy platform for trading.

Consumer warning regarding Bitget / BitKeep Wallet and Banxa:

I want to warn other users about a serious risk involving crypto wallets connected with Bitget / BitKeep and purchases through Banxa.

In my case, access to the original email account used during registration was lost because the email provider deactivated the address after some time. Despite passwords, notes and multiple support requests, I have not been able to regain access to my wallet/account.

From a consumer perspective, it is highly problematic if access to crypto assets effectively depends on a single old email address and support is unable or unwilling to provide meaningful recovery assistance.

Before using such services, users should be aware:

losing an old email account may permanently block access,
support responses may be limited,
recovery procedures may not function like normal banking systems,
and users should independently secure seed phrases, backups and wallet exports.

I strongly recommend:

storing seed phrases offline,
maintaining multiple backups,
documenting wallet addresses,
and avoiding reliance on one email account only.

I am currently pursuing GDPR information requests and formal complaints to clarify the situation.
