I’ve received several items that are practically empty.

I loved all of the options I got to choose from each month! The price change however for a yearly subscription is what made me cancel my membership. I was also frustrated with not getting any kind of notification when the company was being bought out and there was months without explanation of why I wasn’t getting a new box for like 6 months

I have not received my box yet but by going off what I see it feel I am paying a lot for a little product. I was notified that it was shipped but have not seen it yet. I don’t feel the tracking is updated as often as it should and no eta given. I am seriously thinking of canceling my subscription.

Solved my problem fast and efficiently.

The price is high for me. I would order more if it wasn't so expensive.

The product are often full size. There is a lot to choose from when you customize.

I love being able to try products without the commitment of buying a full size product. Birchbox does the research to find the best products. Getting a box every month is like having your birthday EVERY month! So fun!

I messaged after hours, so I wasn't sure what the response time might be. I was so surprised when Christina got back to me within hours. She advised that she was taking care of my issue.
My Box arrived the very next day, so my issue was resolved. However, I have no doubt that a replacement box would have been shipped immediately. So glad to experience that customer service remains alive and well for some companies!!

I didn't have any recent experience.
The only comment I have is the size of the products in the boxes are small, compared price-wise to another monthly box subscription

I love Birchbox but I think there are still way to improve the experience after the big “pause” they had :
- the shipping. I never know when my box will be shipped.
- the cost. I understand the rise of the cost but I feel like we didn’t get anything better in the same time. Same kind of products in the box for 5 dollars more.
- I love opening my box every month. It brings me joy.
- can we update the liste of product we want and don’t want ? ( I don’t use eyes make up products for example)

It was great. Love most of the items. A few not my fav colors. But overall love everything.

It’s a little like Christmas when I receive the Birchbox!

I would give 5 stars but Birchbox loses 1 star because the shipping takes forever and the tracking never updates right, so it's a guessing game on when I will see it in my mailbox. Also, this month, an expected item was replaced for something less appealing because of overselling. So I'm truly bummed about that. Otherwise, it's a great little box and fun to open every month and try new things.

Loved getting to try products. Used to be much better though: higher end products, larger and more samples. More of what I could use. Felt new format provided inferior choices,

It was beautifully packaged, everything was in great shape, it was things I would use

Great items that are useful and fun to try!! I have found many that have become staples!! Thank you.
