So far I am in love with this product
So far I am in love with this product. I was sick of spending so much money at nail salons and ending up with nails that were completely ruined, although I love the look of my nails being done. I also relied on dip/gel to strengthen my nails as I have super soft nails. I was served this company on instagram and decided to give it a try. I am 2 dips in (3 weeks so far) and am so pleased with the product. My nails look like they were done at a salon ( I am pretty good at doing my own nails) and when I removed the first round of dip my nails were not in shambles. It does take me about an hour to complete a dip, but well worth it. Highly recommend - and there are so many colors to choose from.

I ordered the chrome set. I already have their dip kit. I’ve made about 4-5 orders. Each time I have been blown away with the quality of products, variety of colors, and the customer service, which is more and more scarce these days.
I just have to stick with it and keep practicing and improving. If you don’t mind going through the process of however long it takes you to get good at doing your own nails, it is so worth it!
Now, while not totally unprompted, they asked me to leave a review after their awesome survey-
I’m just a regular, deggular, shmegular woman. I did not receive any incentive to do this whatsoever. Not a brand ambassador, influencer or anything.

Navigating the website was easy and getting 3 free dip powder was really nice, but I don't like how the membership was just tacked onto my order without me joining myself. I canceled immediately because I have ADHD and will absolutely forget to cancel later on.

Nailboo has and is a great company to order from. The product are great quality and the colors are so much fun. There customer support team responds very quickly to answer and help with questions, I had one bottle of nail polish leak and it was correct shortly after I sent a email about that item and it was made so easy and you feel like you matter. This is why I gave five star rating. I’ll be order again when I need more supplies or a new color catches my eye

I only gave a 4 star because the nails don’t last very long without cracking or chipping with my job. Colors are amazing and I think they would last longer in a didn’t profession. I know they last longer when I have more days off but that’s not very often.

Nail dip has acrylic & Customer Service is amazing
I’m allergic to acrylic materials. The nail dip is made with an acrylic-related material. I found this out from Sharon in Customer Service. I asked a question on the “Contact Us” page after seeing that the information was not in the FAQS. It took a few days I received a response on a Saturday afternoon. She not only answered my question but also expressed concern that the nail dip may trigger my allergy. I will be looking to see if there are other products I could use . Thank you, Sharon, for being honest and for your concern for my safety!!!
