Despite me sending an expensive full carbon HED (USA) road bike well packed in a strong bike box the carriers managed to burst the box open in transit and allow the bike to slide about, with such force that it bent the Q/R axle on one wheel, cut through to the metal on the stem and head cover, scar the almost new saddle and mark part of the seat stays with white paint from the van floor. No offer forthcoming under their liability cover, emails and a letter have just been ignored.

picked up at 5pm on a Wednesday, delivered 3pm on a Thursday. Half way across the country too. cant ask for more.

Shockingly bad, avoid at all costs, Paid for insurance and all all packing materials to ensure safe transit. Damaged bike received and they blamed packing, what a conn and very dismissive on my claim.

No phone line, emails hardly answered. Bike was damaged on the way to a buyer, so they returned it, and the bike was damaged again on the way back. I paid for liability cover and they eventually refused to engage with the claim. 3 days to make a claim after delivery in T&C's, while they take weeks to reply. Awful.

Booked a bike for collection on the 15/03/2023, took the day off work and waited in all day to 6.20pm. Courier never showed up, no notofication of them not being able to make it, a total waste of a day for me. I contacted Bikedelivery about this failure and all the assistance I received was to be provided with a phone number to chase the courier up myself. After chasing the courier up my bike was finally lifted 2 days late on the 17th. The van driver's attitude left a lot to be desired and the way he handled my bike box showed little care. Will never use them again......AVOID.

First time shipping a bike. These guys took all the stress away by providing a really good service at a decent price considering most couriers charge up to £160 upwards for bike delivery. Definitely recommend these guys. Shipped a Scott Rc Foil and arrived with no issues- not even a scratch on the box.

“A star” service. Bike was collected and delivered to buyer within 24 hours. Email updates were provided and the price was very competitive. Would happily use again.

S*** service. Slow customer service. Offer the option of buying insurance but when they damage your bike they don’t put out. As expensive as fuel is at the moment, I would rather pay for the two tanks of fuel needed to pick up the bike than use this company again.

Useless company. Doesn’t even have a phone number for support and no response from emails. AVOID.

DO NOT USE ! Lost my bike then Paisley Freight pretended not to be bikedelivery.co.uk !! When you eventually find the customer service number it's on out of office hours anyway . AVOID AVOID AVOID .

This bunch are absolutely useless avoid at all costs!! paid £70 for next day delivery waited in all day Wednesday nothing no communication. Thursday afternoon they finally tracked it down to some depot on the edge of town. They couldn't guarantee it would be delivered on the Friday (3 days late). Decided to drive there 30 mins there 30 mins back, took them ages to find the bike but eventually got it. So asked for a refund but they give every excuse under the sun. The bottom line is they are falsely advertising next day delivery and failing to come even close to that then not refunding. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Purchased a bike from Facebook Market place and just to far to collect myself. Seller was happy to post and recommended this company. Very easy website, cost not too much but adding liability insurance pushed the cost up, but just under £70 for a £2000 bike collected from London and delivered to the north east wasn't too bad.
Bike arrived next day with a text giving me approx delivery time undamaged. Happy chap 😁
