Don’t trust the company!!!
Waiting whole day for bike to collected but no show or contact from the company.
Totally useless, waist of time !!!

Absolutely terrible service, stay clear if you dont want your bike to arrive damaged!! I recently sent a bike which arrived badly damaged, parts of the bike bent, pedals missing and axle from the rear of the frame vanished. Extra insurance was taken out but after days of back and forth messages they refused to cover the cost of the damage. Said it wasnt packaged well enough, even had a brand new bike box, massive amounts of bubble wrap covering the bike and fragile tape on the outside so it wasnt mis-treated. So apparently now as the sender I have to cover the cost of those damaged parts from my own money because they are not liable for it. Really awful service, do not send anything with them otherwise you may have to cover expensive repair costs. I will be taken legal matters on this because it is not acceptable, you pay for what you think is a professional service and take out extra insurance to cover matters like this to then be told they are not liable, thats what the insurance is for!!!

A zero star review. Happy to take order but nobody arrived on day of collection and no means of calling them to find out why bike was not collected.
DO NOT USE!

I have used them four (4) times, and they adhere to collection and delivery dates. I have also had no issues thus far and would recommend them to someone else. However, I would suggest they go back to their previous price. I am not happy with the recent price increase.

Well priced and excellent service. Rapid and cheerful collection and lightning-fast delivery with no damage. Bike Delivery has identified a clear need in the market — and filled it well.

They took the stress out of sending a bike I had sold on eBay. They delivered a box and packing tape, then picked it up when stated and delivered it quickly and on time.

Trustworthy and reliable, great communication with emails prior to delivery. The bike arrived in top condition, apart from some scuffs on the quick release handle that had poked through the box - more of a minor packing issue from the sender probably. The only thing I would have appreciated is, as another reviewer has said, more communication / updates about pick-up and delivery times. Overall a very fair price and good service.

The price has gone from £26 to £44 in 2 years. What is the point now? Parcelforce is £47 and is a much better service.

I sent my kids bike in a bike box, the company collected it and delivered it and then said I owed an extra £15 as the box was too big??? It was a bike box, I paid for a bike delivery service, I don't see how they can then ask for more. Will not use again.

Fantastic delivery service ! Was advised by Courier of estimated pick up time which was exactly in the window advised, delivery made following morning(better than expected!) in perfect condition.
Would 100% recommend.

That was an awesome overnight delivery from London to Harrogate. Excellent communication with easily contactable, real people as well! A refreshingly smooth and cost effective delivery experience!
