If you are thinking of using bike delivery to send your bike…..DO NOT!!!
An absolutely appalling company to use, yes they were the cheapest but I know see there’s a reason. I know realise that they are simply the middle man and they use APC to actually deliver the bikes, I guess APC is just as much to blame here. I sent a bike using a brand new bike box,completely wrapped the bike in bubble wrap and also used those air filled packing things to ensure the bike was protected and stable inside the box. I used an entire roll of brown packing tape to secure the box, however when it reached the recipient both ends of the box had completely opened and the box looked like it had been jumped on, several times! The bike was damaged as a result. I have tried to make a claim but they make it as difficult as possible. Horrible company please please do not use them!!!

First time using this company but would definitely recommend, so simple to book, collection within a two hour slot and confirmation when delivered, very happy.

A fair price and a timely service, BUT between APC who delivered it and whoever collected it, the box got trashed and a chunky chromed light bracket that was BOLTED to the frame got bent from 90 degrees out to about 120. That must have taken some real force or rough handling to achieve in transit.

Even though the price was a fair one, I would not use for any high value or sentimentally precious bike, it would not be worth the risk of potentially significant damage.

Great service. Collected 11am from Scottish highlands, delivered next day at 8.50am to Yorkshire. Shipping as a courier should. Unlike Parcelforce who failed to deliver the same parcel in 3 weeks on a 48hour service with inaccurate tracking comments throughout coupled with appalling service

OMG!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
The worst delivery experience ever. If I could post photos you'll know what I mean. The box looked like it had been trampled by an elephant and was ripped open at both ends, with bike components across the delivery van floor. An immaculate carbon Santa Cruz had chips through the invisiframe and paint, right down to the carbon fibre despite it being completely wrapped in bubble wrap. It takes some force to do that sort of damage. The tracking was also worthless, just kept giving updates saying 'Misscan'. No way to phone them and see what that meant. It's a disgrace that this company should be allowed to operate. Please please please use someone else, even if it costs a little more. It will be worth it.

AVOID!!! Absolute scam. Sold a bike via eBay and it got damaged in transit and they refused to keep the claim open for enough time to let my buyer send over the evidence!!

Hidden fees and parcel size restrictions smaller than a standard bike box! They deliver snd then demand additional payment SCAM SCAM SCAM

I had a road bike to be collected from a seller on eBay. The company offers a box delivery and then collection a couple of days later. The box wasn't delivered on the day it was scheduled, or the next day. I told the company but the courier still came on the day it was due for collection. The box eventually arrived the day after with the collection scheduled for the day after. The courier arrived but there was apparently no room in the van and he would come back later - he didn't. We were then told that the collection would happen the next day - it didn't. Eventually the bike was collected a couple of days later.

After all of that, the bike was then held at the depot because it was apparently over the size limit. This was a bike box that was provided by Bike Delivery (a small road bike). Then told the bike wouldn't be released until I paid an extra £15. This was on top of the £100 I paid for the box, delivery and insurance. I've now paid the fine and I'll wait to see if the bike arrives.

Terrible communication and no apology from Bike Delivery throughout the whole ordeal. If you want to send your bike or have one collected, I strongly suggest you don't use these guys.

Excellent service. Picked up one day then delivered the next as planned. And a good price. I'd wrapped the bike carefully in bubble pack within a big cardboard box and it was undamaged. Would use again.

Absolute disaster. Sent a carbon bike well wrapped as per their instruction was damaged. Their bike box was damaged as clearly marked 'with care' and this way up.
Have messaged and rung a depot and had no response!

Booked through bike delivery - seems they subcontract straight to APC who then use a local courier (Streetwise in London). They didn't turn up, two days later I am still waiting for them to contact me.

No phone numbers for Bike Delivery, no way to contact them. AVOID

There are horror stories on here, but I think Bike Delivery is a go-between firm that arranges the courier service. I needed a bike box to ship a bike I'd sold on eBay. The box was shipped and delivered when BD said it would be. Likewise the subsequent collection and next-day delivery of the bike was equally smooth. I have had no complaints from the buyer so can assume that it arrived in one piece last week.
The courier firm that was assigned to me was APC and a very good impression was made.

Please stay well clear of this awful company. The customer service I received was absolutely shocking. I ordered for an electric bike to be collected from London on 15th July.. the bike arrived yesterday (16th August) battered and bruised in a plastic bag. Bike Delivery have somehow lost the box the bike was collected in, the charger for the bike and even the bike pedals!

As I had liability insurance I thought I would be able to claim for the missing items and damages. Nope! Not the case. They will do absolutely everything to get out of compensating you a penny. I was told the bike wasn't packaged correctly and was sent various CCTV pictures of the box in the warehouse battered to bits. The pictures sent to me were timed and dated. The pictures had been taken 11 days AFTER the bike had been collected. The warehouse conditions were disgusting with it looking like bikes were being thrown around all over the place not treated with any care at all. I wasn't surprised to see the condition of my bike when it arrived given the circumstances it had been through.

As mentioned before their reasoning for not paying out on my liability insurance was due to the bike being 'incorrectly packaged' on collection. They also stated it was due to the bike being electric as they are not allowed to transport electric bikes. This turned into them having a go at me for using their services to transport an electric bike although it states absolutely NOWHERE on their website that you cannot use their services to transport electric bikes. Nothing in the FAQs, packaging requirements or terms and conditions.

The company is an absolute joke. I wish I had looked at the reviews before deciding to use their services as there are so many other people who have been in a similar situation to myself. This company is terribly run and has terrible morals. Do not expect anything other than long delays, disappointment and a battered bike.

Used this company as I was sending a £6000 bike from Surrey to Scotland and wanted a specialist service… they served up anything but a specialist service.

Box turned up in Scotland looking like it had been attacked by a pack of lions. Very expensive Ohlins forks hanging out the bottom of the box and holes the size of footballs ripped in the side of the box.

Made the company aware of this and they came back saying their driver denies that he delivered the box in that state, and that they believe him. Why on earth would anyone randomly rip up a bike box?

Company had no interest in resolving issue, not looking into things deeper and not offering and compensation.

On top of this, the bike turned up late.

0/10 service. Look elsewhere if you are trying to send a bike across the country. That is of course unless you’re happy to have your bike treated like garbage.

Arrived in the given time slot to collect the bike and delivered it promptly with no damage. Good communication all the way through. Second time I have used them and second really good experience.

Rubish company, second time when they damaged my bike. The box arrived all ripped and flat . Even if you pay for insurance they will refuse to pay your claim.
AVOID!!!!
