was to collect via APC overnight (their partner) on 20 Jan (cost lots!). instead collected 26th for delivery 27th! On 28th email to say delay use tracking (didn't work). Called local office (tough to reach) to say delivery another 4 days (Mon 30 Jan). Told them i was taking the bike overseas on 29th so now must leave with out it - did not care! Pay lots for a service - fail to deliver and simply could not care less!

Great service, easy to orgainse, reliable and good communications. Bike box sent as informed, bike collected on theThursday in Wiltshire, texted Friday morning delivery between 8am-10am, delivered to Scotland at 8.30am, box and bike undamaged, what more can you ask for, thats next day delivery, well done folks keep up teh good work.

Admitted fault but refused compensation
These people are incompetent and dishonest. I used this business to transfer a bike I had purchased online. As I wasn’t sure I was going to be in during the collection slot given, I left instructions via the form on the website for where the courier could leave the bike in case I was out. Instead, as was noted by a builder working next door at the time, the courier threw the box containing the bike over my fence. Understandably, I contacted the company to complain about this. I received an apology and acknowledgement that the instructions I had left on the online form had not been transmitted to the courier’s handheld device. The impact of the fall had crushed the rear derailleur of the bike, which I had to have repaired. I sent the bill for this repair to the company. Despite admitting fault at the time of delivery, the company raised trivial objections about not informing them in time of the damage to my bike. They refused any form of compensation even though the nature of the repair required was obvious from the bill I submitted. I’d advise anyone thinking of using them to read the numerous negative reviews available and draw the appropriate conclusion.
Sh!t customer service
Arranged a bike collection to my work place. Guy from APC turned up took a photo and said no one was there and left he didn't try to contact me by phone or anything. Tried calling APC don't bother you will just get cut off by them. Contacted bike delivery and they charged me an extra ten quid for a reschedule. They alluded that it was my fault and didn't acknowledge any of my concerns.

Didn't collect 3 different bike orders numerous times so had to cancel and get a refund after being under considerable inconvenience and stress - Days of waiting for courier, no phone or out of office contact and no emails from bikedelivery to keep me in formed. Told me to contact their courier company but calls just got dropped each time. Their courier company (APC) lied about ringing us to collect and not getting an answer (mobile phones these days record logged or missed calls...), other two collections just didn't bother turning up...Disgusting all round. Never again - and from the sounds of other reviews, rather a lucky escape...
I cancelled after 3 missed collection attempts
Driver arrived on day of collection with a full van and couldn't take the bike. Said he'd be back later but never showed.
No further contact or tracking updates from BikeDelivery until I contacted them. They promised collection on day 2 so I waited in all day - no show.
Contacted BikeDelivery again who promised collection on day 3 so I waited in all day - no show.
Cancelled as I needed to get bike delivered within a timeframe or risk losing my sale so went with another popular bikesender. I'd lost trust in BikeDelivery concerned that if they couldn't manage a pickup, what might happen in transit.
I expect the issue was with APC who couldn't fulfill based on what the person at BikeDelivery was promising. They also need to communicate better. The little notifications produced by their tracking weren't understandable and I had to chase everything.
On the plus side I did get a refund.

Avoided collecting bike multiple times, I had to ambush the driver to collect it
Purposefully rang wrong doorbell To avoid collecting bike, making me pay an extra tenner for a second and third collection attempt. In the end I stood outside my house and watched the collection driver pretend to ring the bell and walk back to his van before I collared him and forced him to accept the bike.
Terrible, do not use. You're better off putting a stamp on the bike, putting it in a postbox and hoping for the best.

ABSOLUTLY DO NOT USE ! after sending the bike to a very good buyer off Ebay the bike never arrived this took over 4 days from sending to find out where the bike was, the bike arrived damaged like it had been thrown around with no care bearing in mind this was a present for Christmas for the buyers son what a disgrace of a company when your trying to be an honest seller these Cower boys compleatly mess everything up im furious after the price they charge aswell

Unprofessional scheisters, and that's being polite..
Bike arrived with a twisted and damaged rear mech, the box didn't have any serious external damage so they rejected my claim and blamed lack of packaging...which was definitely not the case as it took me 30 minutes to unwrap the bike.
These ***** don't seem to understand that pressure in the wrong place is enough to damage a derailleur ( box lying flat with stuff piled on top ) without damaging the integrity of the external packaging.
The packaging criteria was exactly as per their demand but they still refuse to comply.
I think that I'll be paying a visit to either Consumer Protection or Citizens Advice soon.

For me this was a very good experience.
I ordered the packaging which arrived in good time to pack the bike securely. The courier then arrived early in the day, so no waiting around and the bike was delivered the following morning. For the price plus a little extra for the box I would highly recommend this service.

Utter Rubbish Avoid At All Costs
On Sunday 11/09/22, I paid for a cardboard box to be delivered to the address where that same box was also meant to be collected (With a wrapped bike inside it). The Bike Delivery available drop down date on the website for collection of the bike in the bike box from that address, which was meant to have already delivered the box, was Wednesday 14/09/22. The cardboard box did not get delivered until Thursday 15/09/22, which was the day after the expected collection date. The bike was wrapped in the box and had been sat at the cardboard box drop off/collection address ever since. No contact from them, even after sending an email as you cannot call them. No reply from them from the 1st email, no collection of the bike and no delivery of the bike to me. So we reach 20/09/22 and no further forward. After sending a 2nd email chasing up what is going on, then get it a reply. They arrange for the collection and delivery of the wrapped bike to me, with a "token" sorry I get the bike delivered on the 23/09/22, 12 days later! What rubbish service and I paid almost £54 for it!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I simply cannot stress this enough.
I posted my bike with this company, only to find on receipt of delivery that it along with the box had been SIGNIFICANTLY damaged during transit. I initially thought, luckily I had purchased liability insurance for £14.99. However, once submitting a claim I was told it would not be accepted because I had not provided sufficient internal packaging. What they conveniently ignored was the fact that evidence I provided them with, showed a huge hole in the side of the postal box. How does this relate to internal packaging?! This was clearly damaged by their courier and they have failed to provide me with any compensation for the item, despite me paying for insurance. I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket, with a damaged bike.

I'm very annoyed for all those delivery cycling personnel who don't know how to use road safety rules and pavement rules.just today I encountered one delivery rider with long box at the front.he block the cycle road for checking his phone.and we argue with that.
