Expensive, but the argument is you get what you pay for. Collected in Devon late afternoon, delivered Northumberland next mid-morning. Good work. Delivered to my neighbour but an understandable mistake so still 5*

The initial quote for sending the bike was competitive including insurance.
Email followed with pick up time which was adhered to then bike delivery was next day.
Receiver was delighted

Does what it says on the tin. You need to pack your bike up according to the helpful instructions on the website, and to allow four working days from ordering to final delivery (if you are buying packaging from them, less time if you have your own). Clear, simple notifications all the way through.

I would avoid! Parcel collected and delivered in good time however the bike was damaged and had been mishandled. When raising a concern with customer service the appealing response said I have no rights as I used a hard shell bike box and not a cardboard box. This is despite the box being accepted, transported and delivered. The customer service is awful. I won’t be using then again and I am now seeking support from trading standards and my consumer rights. I would avoid at all costs and would trust a bike with this company!

Great experience with this courier company. Shipped my bike without fuss, which I struggled to do with anyone else. Clear packing instructions, collected on time and delivered quickly.

Very comprehensive, much cheaper than certain advertised rivals on Gumtree and one business day delivery. Very impressed. Will know who to get in touch with for my next delivery!

Collected in kent around 1pm delivered Torquay next day 1.30 pm,driver was very nice and kind carried bike right to the top floor flats,excellent will definitely use again

DO not use. I was charged an extra 20 quid for an oversized box, oversized by 2cm. I measured it to be just fine. Rip off mwrchanta

Be aware, very aware! They are impossible to communicate with other than by email. They sprung me with a last minute, £20, outsize fee even though the box they sent us was cut down to a smaller and different shape. They demanded this extra payment after the courier notified me of the time.
Very disappointing and terrible behaviour.

In the positive, the driver, wearing a DPD shirt, working for APC, on behalf of Bike Delivery was very helpful and communicative.

Great service bike was picked up Tuesday and delivered Wednesday would use again.

Bought a bike box as obtaining from bike delivery was going to take an extra day and I didn't need tape and packaging. On day of delivery, by which time bike on other side of country, I then got a demand for an additional £25 because the package was over-size. The box purchased was within the constraints of the packaging requirements.
I suspect that the contents may have settled in transit but, to date, communication in relation to my request to have the £25 refunded has been non-existent.

This company will con customers to pay for extended insurance which is not worth it at all as they will never payout. They make excuses to refuse so they can avoid it every time.

Do not use them and especially do not pay for the extra liability insurance.

This company is absolutely useless. Con customers to pay for extended insurance to cover the full assurance of your bike then they refuse to pay out when a claim goes in. They make silly excuses to refuse. But we pay for that insurance. My feeling is they don't pay extra insurance cover hence why they refuse.

Don't use them at all costs. There are better companies out there. They have now stopped communicating and don't answer emails. You know how bad they are that's why they don't have a company contact number to call them on

We needed a bike picked up from Inverness delivered to West Yorkshire.The bike has to be packed in a box which is available with useful packing material at a reasonable extra charge.
The only snag happened when the pickup carrier arrived before the box!
So a new collection had to be made.
Everything slotted into place, the bike travelled overnight and was delivered the following day.

Prompt, friendly, efficient.

First time user. Bike not expensive but had sentimental value being hand built. bike box and packaging arrived on time. Packaging instructions very useful. Collected on time. Tracked at every step. Arrived on time undamaged. Next day delivery as advertised.
Travelled from south coast to Yorkshire in less time than a first class letter!
