Bike box arrived okay, but they then 'forgot' to collect it! Told me it would be on a certain day, I waited in all day and eventually rang the courier who said 'oh, I can see it on the system but it's not schedule for collection', great, day wasted!!

They then collected the next day, had to wait in, again.

The delivery was meant to be next day, but on the next day I got a message saying 'due to circumstances, your parcel has been delayed', so it was delayed, again!

Complained about the service and asked for some form of compensation as the client wasn't happy, never heard back...but they were keen enough to take the money to start with!

Personally, for 39GBP this was fantastic value for transporting a bike across the country. Scheduled quickly, picked up as promised, and delivered 350 miles away within 24 hours. I did not use their packaging option.

Excellent service .. maybe one gripe.. the bubble wrap provided with the box is just enough to wrap a pair of shoes let alone a bike.

Very good service and price although I hadn't factored in the additional payment for insurance. A two hour time slot was given for collection and delivery. Collection to delivery was about 26hours... impressive.

Bike was picked up after packing by bike shop. When opened it was damaged - rear derailleur /Hanger/ Wheel all damaged. Then I got an extra bill for another £25 for using an oversize box (Bill from Paisley freight who I had never heard of) - which I paid as I didn’t pack it myself. Then they refused the damage claim as they said it wasn’t packed properly. No come back. I asked to speak to someone - No response. The e mails are unhelpful and border on rude. Their insurance isn’t worth the cyber space they use to advertise it.
I would never use them again.

My bike was damaged during delivery. I paid an extra fee to cover the damage but my claim was immediately dismissed. Their emails have since been rude and unhelpful and Bike Delivery UK has ignored my recet communications. I suspect I was never dealing with a proper claims department.

The reason given for dismissing the claim was that the packaging was inappropriate. We used a cardboard box provided by the company and made a small extentsion to it with additional cardboard and packing tape. The box was still well within the size limits, yet Bike Delivery UK charged an oversized package fee AFTER the delivery and refused to discuss the claim before this was paid. They then stated the claim was invalid because the package was oversized... I have lost a significant amount financially from the damage done, was charged extra fees after delivery that weren't quoted and were unfair and have had nothing but rude and unhelpful emails in response, before being ignored. I tried to handle this through the parent company Paisley Freight but received further dismissive and rude emails.

Collected on a Monday , day later it was at the address intended over 200 miles away, seen lots of negative comments but for me 100% I would recommend and use the courier again

Next day delivery paid for…..7 days later bike still waiting to be collected - 2 collections arranged the courier did not turn up…..awfull service

Bike Delivery is a night and day contrast to other well known couriers. Quick tand trouble free.
Would be 5 stars if 1. they gave earlier info about collection time, could be a problem if we had plans to go out. 2. The instructions in the delivery section didnt have enough room for a full sentence. These turned out to be insignificant issues really for an otherwise excellent service.

Fantastic service- sold a bike on eBay these were the great for over size parcels to be delivered on time and safely handled.

It was great that the bike arrived at it's destination the day after collection, the only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a shorter time between delivery of the box and packing materials and collection.
