Bike Delivery doesn’t!
The company sent a long order number and a consignment number for a company called APC overnight. A man in a van turned up, no ID on the van it was full of other heavy items he didn’t know it was a bike didn’t realise it had to be upright which he then did. Not his fault but he was delivering it to APC. So 3 companies were involved. It turned out it was APC number I should have put in E Bay so the hassle getting that changed was excruciating. Over all I would advise people to cut Bike Delivery out of the equation and go APC or another company directly. It was delivered the next morning so cannot fault APC. But the confusion in the fact that you can track it on both websites is very stressful.

The courier they chose didn’t arrive to pick up the bike on the scheduled day despite having an email to say what time they’d arrive. The consignment number I was given to track the parcel also didn’t work. After contacting Bike Delivery, I received vague advice which didn’t solve any issues. I wouldn’t use this service again.
Dreadful experience with Bike Delivery
Dreadful experience with Bike Delivery. When the bike was collected, the driver didn't know it was a bike and more or less chucked it in the van. I had to tell him it what it was, to pack it securely and to handle it with care because it was very expensive. This despite the brand new bike box it was packed in clearly marked with very obvious 'Fragile' tape. I know APC do the actual deliveries but how could the driver not know it was a bike? Or that he had to be careful with it? Sure enough, despite me using a dedicated, strong bike box, masses of bubble wrap and pipe foam to protect the frame, the person who bought my bike reported it was badly damaged on arrival. The box was nearly destroyed and the swing arm on the bike chipped and dented. This can't have been accidental. Obviously and understandably the buyer's not happy and neither am I because it'll cost me money to repair. How could this happen? You're meant to be a specialist courier, that's why I used you. Are you not bothered that APC have no regard or respect for other people's property, despite explicit instructions to be careful? One star is one too many.
Ordered pickup with box
Ordered pickup with box, dropped off the box, came back same day to pickup packed bike for delivery, and was delivered the next working day (no deliveries over the weekend).
The receiving party was very happy of its delivery.
Communication and service quality poor - expensive third party delivery
Expensive Bike was picked up in South of England to be delivered to NE Scotland. When the bike was picked up from senders location, no delivery email was ever sent. I chased up and they did not have the courtesy to reply. I had then to chase the sender multiple times to find out the status as the delivery company as they were not informing me as the receiver. On the delivery day tracking went live and it took about 9 hours to go from Glasgow to Aberdeenshire criss-crossing the country, no approximate delivery drop off time or sequence order number provided, left me guessing all day. I then saw the tracking van go to a nearby address location, eventually a heavy goods company company called me and I had to provide them directions as they got the post codes mixed up , they finally arrived at 8pm, there was no bike set up shand-over service or check. It was a standard Glasgow based company that delivered, not the Bike Services company that I expected. Apparently they charged total of £ 210 to deliver the bike from the sender and this included a third party from Glasgow for the delivering the last leg using a surcharge fee. Very expensive charge for basic delivery. The £5 K Bike was also loosely stored in the van with other non-bike items and with no real protection on it, the parts were in a carrier bag. I was surprised at the poor service quality of this company, which advertises as a bespoke delivery Service. Overall process took 1 week with poor communications. I don't like giving poor reviews , but this service was not up to expectations. Maybe it works okay for South of the Border.

As far as delivery and collection the service is good.. however I had an email demanding another £20 payment be made as parcel was on hold due to being oversized
However after paying I thought something was up so checked with APC (the company that actually delivers these bikes) and tracking showed it was infact already out for delivery on the van and had been for some time..
I emailed paisley freight with proof of this and a request for the £20 to be refunded. As the parcel had clearly never been put on hold at any time for any reason.

Unreliable time/day for collection
The best thing about the service was undoubtedly the value for money however, my parcel wasn't collected at the specified time/day but a day later. This was despite calls to the office and being assured the bike would definitely be collected after the driver finished deliveries.
Fortunately the parcel arrived at it's destination in pristine condition so very happy about that!
Would I use them again? Yes probably.
Eletric bike deliveri
I recommend this courier service. Very convenient, fast, cheap, perfect cooperation.It was difficult to find a courier who would deliver a package 1600 cm long.Collect from home. Of course, you have to print the label yourself. You can also buy a box for the bike from a courier. I had my own box.
Can’t even give it one star
Can’t even give it one star! Booked on a 24 hr overnight it took 3 days!! When it finally arrived the bike - worth over £1000( £4500 new ) had brake damage, handle bar damage and the handles had huge chunks out of them despite being wrapped in 3 layers of corrugated cardboard, polystyrene and 2 layers of tape . I PAID £25 for insurance and they would t even refund that - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
The cheapest courier for my cycle
By far the cheapest courier for my mountain bike, even with the cost of the box, tape, bubble wrap (£22?) that they delivered within a day or 2 of ordering, and 3 days before the requested delivery date. (I had been quoted from £180 - £600, and they cost, without box etc, £39 i recall.
They collected the bike as promised, and delivered next day.
Can't fault them.
The hardest job for me was getting the pedals off the bike.

Have used twice now and both times have gone perfectly. Once used as a sender and once used for a collection in my behalf.
Very accommodating and were happy to change the date of my collection due to the sender having a last minute emergency. Too tip, use the box they provide and follow their packaging instructions (delivered with the confirmation emails).

Disaster
Disaster. Although a collection date was fixed, Paisley's driver did not collect. After several conversations, I had to pay and extra £10 to arrange another collection day. Paisley's driver who failed to collect the previous day was so obnoxious and did not want to discuss. He literally dragged the parcel down our long driveway and slung it on his van. Never encountered such a rude person. I complained to Bike Delivery via email and did not even obtain an acknowledgement.

Courier gave 2 hour window for collection on the day and same on delivery day plus further tracking of progress.
Very easy process. I'd use them again and definitely recommend

Its not a next day delivery as they say. They collect the bike and then deliver few days later
Delays, delays, delays!
Bike box arrived okay, but they then 'forgot' to collect it! Told me it would be on a certain day, I waited in all day and eventually rang the courier who said 'oh, I can see it on the system but it's not schedule for collection', great, day wasted!!
They then collected the next day, had to wait in, again.
The delivery was meant to be next day, but on the next day I got a message saying 'due to circumstances, your parcel has been delayed', so it was delayed, again!
Complained about the service and asked for some form of compensation as the client wasn't happy, never heard back...but they were keen enough to take the money to start with!
