After bein pushed frae pillar tae post by my insurance company an a claims company after a T bone on my doghters Motorcycle, driver pulled oot frae a side rd Bike Assist Legal took up the case an after a load o shite thru the other side. Secured the payoot, took over a year but, was the other side delayin reports an stuff, even though Bike Assist chased they time an time agin.

I was involved in a motorcycle collision and after dealing with several other companies and departments - insurers, underwriters, legal companies, claims management, etc. the case eventually passed to Bike Assist. They provided the support and administration when the case came to Civil Court.

Bike Assist reached out following an road traffic collision I had been involved in and I'm glad they did. Once details were established my case was handed over to Darren, who was super supportive and patient with all my various questions. Due to a number of injuries and ongoing investigation the case was prolonged quite a bit, but Darren kept me in the loop throughout and advised me where he legally could.
