Incredible service
Incredible service, fixed my son's bike perfectly!
My son's bike chain kept sticking and making a horrible noise, so I booked it in at Fettle Finsbury Park the day before. The service was absolutely brilliant. Our mechanic, Andrew, was fantastic. Not only did he fix the chain issue quickly, but he also went above and beyond by pumping up the tyres and realigning the brakes.
My son is thrilled to have his bike back, and it's riding completely smooth and silent now. It is such a relief to find an honest, skilled, and thorough local shop. We will definitely be back for any future repairs. Thank you so much, Andrew!

Good honest service
I only recently discovered Fettle in Norwich and am glad I did.
Sam and Richard seem two nice genuine chaps just wanting to do an honest job.
I've been to other bike shops in the past who try and get away quoting for unnecessary jobs - not here.
There's good communication from Fettle giving updates (both texts/email and even personal phone calls) and seeing your bike on their app is good as well.
I was pleased enough to ride down my other bike to have some potential work done in order to collect the repaired one.
Happy to recommend.

QUALITY from Fettle Finsbury Park AGAIN!

Riding after the rear derailleur alignment & gear tuning, changing gears was so SMOOTH & quiet. Another 'WOW!' moment!

Not Happy
Spent a lot of money, particularly on the fettle service. Bike pedals not properly put back together and nearly had a high speed accident as one rotated 90 degrees, this is the day after picking it up. They suggested a tyre change but couldn't afford it at the time. The tyres i had on were too large. These are tyres they chose and fitted during my previous service with them, so not sure what their goal is with that. Overall furious. Not a mention or whiff of refunding at least the service, even partial. Had no issue for returning as a customer given their premium pricing but after this not so sure. Not happy.
