Buses were overcrowded. Couldn't get a seat for the first few stops therefore couldn't plug into the audio. Once I got a seat and could plug it was the recorded audio which was good. Then got onto a different bus this time with audio from the driver. Audio was hard to hear and lots of static. Got onto a different bus and the guide was good and could hear well. Finally got onto a final bus and this audio was not thru the headset but with speakers on the bus. Hard to hear on the upper level.

Very convenient and economic mode of traveling and exploring the city, with good frequency and coverage of places. It's a value for money and worth trying.

Tour itself was fine.
But due to an irresponsible staff, I screwed up my tour and money.

Low or guide was great fun but a bit hard to hear at times.

Great way to see the main sights in San Francisco. Lots of buses so didn’t wait long at stops. Driver and guides friendly and helpful.

I have used Big Bus in many cities around the world and have always had a fantastic experience. Knowledgeable tour guides and drivers add to the great experience. They always cover the highlights you need to see in the city you're visiting. Highly recommended.

Our hop on hop off tour of San Francisco was great. The tour guide offered a lot of information about the city, it’s history and sights to see.

He de confesar que a primera vista todo se veía muy bien, incluso me tome el tiempo de bajar la aplicación por las ventajas que representaba; sin embargo, la aplicación únicamente me sirvió 1 vez en dos días, las unidades en teoría se muestran en tiempo real, esto no sucedió, llegaban unidades cuando les hacia falta más de dos estaciones, y lo peor, hubo varias veces que la espera superó los 45 minutos sin que una unidad apareciera, sobra decir que cuando llegaba, la unidad llena a mas no poder. Algo que nunca entendí, es porque algunas unidades llevan a un guía y algunos otros no. Las reseñas previamente grabas bien, lamentablemente para Sausalito, solo puede escuchar música. Subí y baje varias veces de las unidades, unas 8 veces, pude notar que los todos los conductores discuten con los demás automovilistas, pierden la cabeza facilmente y en varias ocasiones se cruzan los semáforos en rojo. Muy mal por estas últimas acciones.

I had so much fun getting to know San Francisco. We were able to enjoy the city hands free, hop on and off and the night tour was unbelievable beautiful. I learned new information regarding the heart of San Fran. I would highly recommend it.

We rode about 5 different buses over 2 days. The first morning buses were routinely late (10-30+ minutes). One driver yelled at numerous riders. I could not find a phone number to speak to someone about immediate problems. I tried the chat option and their response came 6 hours later. Overall, it was not worth the money.

Don’t waste your money. The buses are too far apart so you waste your day waiting. The app is not accurate & no, you can’t reach anyone at the company to help you. Save yourself the money & headache and use a riding sharing service.

We enjoyed the tour. The first leg of the tour was great. Our tour guide was Greg , driver Eric. Greg definitely knew the city and loved his job. We were dropped off at fisherman wharf, had lunch and hopped back on
Our tour guide was Lenny. He was rude and mean and we could tell he did not want to be there. It was very rainy and cold so we all were ready to get to our destination but Lenny made it worse with his rudeness and basically bad attitude. He would really use some Customer Service training.

It is easy and convenient for foreign tourists to experience the city of San Francisco by hop-on & hop-off tour. The bus tour guide offers an excellent introduction of each attraction.

Really enjoyed the tour x was great being on the golden gate bridge (although it wss freezing) and hearing all the drivers stories x

2 de los 4 choferes con los que me encontré en mi tour fueron agresivos, rudos y malhumorados. Nos trataron mal y no consideraron que mi esposa estaba en embarazo. Eso me dejó muy dolido. Todas las estrategias de venta de toures adicionales se hacen a traves de los choferes, pero con esos tipos ahí, no creo que sean muy exitosos haciéndolos. Muy coincidente que los dos choferes nos dijeran "IN MY BUS I DON´T ....., como si el bus fuera de ellos y no tuviéramos derecho de estar en el, sabiendo que hemos pagado por un servicio muy costoso.

tour was not as advertised, hope on hop off...buses too far apart...we waited over a hour at the big bus stop at the aquarium...wasted time

I bought a two day pass for my friend and I and we spent two hours the first day just trying to get on the bus. We waited at the civic center stop for 30 minutes and the bus never came. We called Big Bis Tours and could not get a human on the phone and the call kept dropping. Try it yourself, very frustrating. Once we finally got on the bus, we were afraid to hop off in fear of not being able to get back on. We did get off at one stop and waited 40 min for a bus to get back on. This was a total waste of money and time. I travel a lot and have been on similar bus tours and never had such a bad experience. The app is useless with false information. It suppose to show where busses are in route. It showed a bus at my stop that wasn’t there. We never used the second day pass, we used an uber to drive us around.

Stay in the city when touring San Francisco. If you tour outside the city the restroom breaks are at location which are nasty and dirty. When touring again I will use a taxi or bus. . This tour was taken around Dec 24, 2018. The driver knew his info relating to the locations but is driving at night was questionable.( Big Bus Tour)
