Big Bus Vienna Omdömen 545

Ein wirklich schlechtes Unternehmen, in dem ein ungebildeter, ungebildeter und ungebildeter Mitarbeiter ohne Deutschkenntnisse mit der Leitung betraut wurde!!! Ebenso wurde ein Architekt, ein ehemaliger Café-Koch bei Starbucks, zum Leiter der Werkstatt ernannt – alles in allem beschämend und unverschämt.

Brilliant company. Well organised tours and easy to follow maps and details.

We bought the city light tour with lights at schonbrun.
The windows was dirty and with dew. Not possible to see out. The soundsystem in the bus terrible. Save the money and take a walk.

I had been on big bus tours before so knew what to expect but there are a few flaws in Vienna which they should correct and they have not which made our experience relatively poor…

1- The timetable for the red bus is very hard to read as the first bus is at 956 at stop 8, at 900 (before!) at stop 9, 905 (again before!) at stop 10 and 1051 (way after!) at stop 11 making it virtually impossible to plan a red route in the morning (I also note that if you look at the first route and the last route the time it takes to go from 8 to 11 is completely different implying there is something funny going on). When I asked the online help about it, they acknowledge the issue but were not able to help

2- when we went to take the planned 956 red line bus at stop 8, it actually left to go directly to stop 16 (without going to stops 9, 10, 11, 12, etc.) there we waited for 5 minutes before going to stop 1 where the bus stopped for another 20 minutes… so not only we did not go through the route we expected but we also had to wait for ages. We were not provided any explanation for this

3- at stop 1 you can walk to the bus from the other lines however the driver from the red line told us the wrong timing for the corresponding bus meaning we had to wait for half an hour at the other stop 1

Travelling with 2 young children these seriously impeded our ability to visit Vienna. I genuinely think these are easily avoidable things so I hope big bus Vienna will read this message and amend their process where needed

On our end, we wasted 2 hours+ each day because of these so this was not great

Terrible attitude for people with young children. We waited 15 minutes, got on a red bus. Moved one stop to the told we would sit for 15 minutes. Got off to walk to the blue bus, just arrived as driver was closing the door. He stopped, opened the door to refuse entry and said to wait 20 mins for the next one.

Bellissima esperienza con Big Bus Vienna! Gli autobus sono comodi, i percorsi chiari e ben organizzati. Un grazie speciale a Novica ed Emad, che ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e professionalità, rendendo il tour ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo per scoprire Vienna in modo semplice e panoramico!

Sono rimasta molto colpita dalla cortesia, gentilezza, disponibilità del personale dell'azienda Big Bus.
Non parlo bene l'inglese ed è stato molto utile trovare un operatore che parlasse l'italiano. Simpatica e professionale la signora Stella e anche Amed e Novica per la loro cortesia.

Una Vacanza Splendida, tra monumenti, musei e tanta storia di Vienna. Il personale di Big Bus ci ha saputo aiutare al meglio, fantastici, solari ma soprattutto professionali. Un ringraziamento speciale va sicuramente a: Elena,Stella,Amed e Novicia.
Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica a Vienna.
L'azienda BIG BUS è ben organizzata e ci ha fatto trascorrere dei momenti ricchi di emozioni!
Tutto lo staff è affiatato, disponibile, simpatico e davvero gentile.
Noi abbiamo una bambina disabile, siamo stati aiutati in tutto. La grande umanità e gentilezza di tutto il personale di BIG BUS resterà sempre nei nostri ricordi.
In particolare gli autisti con cui abbiamo trascorso più tempo e che si sono distinti sono stati: Elena, Novica e Emad... e simpaticissima la venditrice STELLA. Sentire anche Federico parlare italiano è stato piacevole.
L'acquisto dei biglietti per i musei e i palazzi, lo Schönbrunn e la crociera sul Danubio, presso i loro punti vendita ci hanno fatto risparmiare tanto tempo e denaro!
Grazie per averci reso Vienna ancora più bella e accessibile!
Torneremo presto e viaggeremo ancora con voi.

Sono stato con la mia famiglia per una settimana a Vienna e ho visto tanto anche grazie a Big Bus Vienna. Personale gentile e disponibile, autisti che aiutano e informano (un ringraziamento particolare va a Emad, Novica ed Elena). I punti vendita sono ben organizzati, danno giuste indicazioni e forniscono biglietti per tour, musei e palazzi facendo risparmiare tempo (perché si saltano diverse file) e denaro prendendo i vari pacchetti organizzati. Un arrivederci alla stupenda città di Vienna e uno speciale ringraziamento a Big Bus che consiglio vivamente.

Nous sommes à Vienne pour deux jours et, fidèles clients Big Bus à travers le monde depuis des années, nous pensions faire une bonne affaire avec le billet 24h + Grand Tour de Schönbrunn (138 € pour deux).
Erreur : arrivée au palais à 11h, entrée seulement à 16h11, impossible de changer, ce qui nous a empêchés de profiter de la ligne rouge et du reste de la ville.
Une journée gâchée. Nous demandons le remboursement intégral pour cette organisation.

Für den Preis sehr wenig gesehen da hätte ich lieber mit Viennasightseeing die andere Firma fahren sollen

Ottima esperienza, siamo una famiglia di 5 persone con 4 anziani, il bus è comodo e dotato di aria condizionata e a buon prezzo. Federico Ariosto è stato gentilissimo!

1 Stern ist noch zu viel. Verkaufte Taktung von 20-30 Minuten wurden nicht eingehalten. Stattdessen kam der 1. Bus erst nach über 1h. An der 1. Haltestelle, die gleichzeitig Haltestelle 1 war, stand der Bus weitere 30 Minuten. Der Fahrer und das Personal argumentierten lapidar mit „Verkehrslage“. Was absolut nicht der Wahrheit entspricht.

Die Konkurrenz ist in der Zwischenzeit mehrmals an mir vorbeigefahren. Also - absolut lohnender, weil mehr für‘s Geld.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert & unseren Wienaufenthalt total entwertet - schade.

Ein Kontakt zum Kundenbetreuer war zu keiner Zeit möglich.

El bus terminó a las 17.00h y nos dijeron que terminaba a las 19.00h. Cuando compramos los billetes (44€ por persona) nos informaron que el horario era hasta las 19.00h.
A las 17.00h nos hacen bajarnos y me dice el conductor del autobús del que adjunto foto que el horario no es hasta las 19.00h.
Llegamos desde Budapest a las 11.00h para pasar el día en Viena.
Como era imposible visitar la ciudad porque llovía muchísimo y hacia mucho frio nos cojimos el bus porque, así, podríamos ir a los lugares más importantes de la ciudad hasta las 19.00h.
Pues lamentablemente no fue así.
Muy mala experiencia.
