Bigblu n'est pas à la hauteur
Bigblu n'est pas à la hauteur. Depuis la panne du 24 février aucune communication sincère. Dans l'attente du nouveau modem que j'ai reçu hier mais qui ne fonctionne pas puisqu'il n'arrive pas à se reconnecter à la parabole. Nous avons fait appel à un antenniste pensant qu'il s'agissait d'un mauvais pointage mais sans résultat. Depuis le passage d'Europasat à bigblu, une véritable catastrophe, aucune proposition de renouvellement de modem plus récent. Nous resilions et passons sur une box.

Big Blu customer care is immaculate…
Big Blu customer care is immaculate with friendly helpful crew no long waiting on hold and other such horrors. My only grumble is that I have needed to use it so much in the first 3 months of 2022. Ive been offline for 27 days in total.

Sadly leaving
I had to cancel our contract after many years satisfactory service, as 4g has arrived at our location. Monlque answered my call in a few seconds, guided me through what to do, and Emailed me confirmation and a prepaid returns label for the router immediately after the call. All very efficient and no fuss.

Meno di una stella non si può?
Messa una stella perché meno non è possibile. Già la velocità non era il massimo, adesso si sono pure aggiunte CINQUE SETTIMANE (e giovedì scorso è cominciata la sesta) di assenza totale di servizio per problemi tecnici. Servizio clienti inesistente. Una settimana che aspetto di sapere come disdire e manco si degnano di rispondere. Schifo totale. Da evitare come la peste.
