No internet service and no means of getting in contact
We arrived at our gite in France to discover there was no BigBlu internet. I tried the two numbers listed on their website but both are incorrect. We have people staying at the house next week and I need to ensure the service is resumed. How can one contact this company? Are they still operating? If not why were we not informed?

Terrible - no broadband at all- can't get hold of the company- the telephone number on the website is wrong- the bigblu website on x gives another number which says press 5 for premium service which connects to another number for which you have to pay £6, that number merely says that they don't have number for bigblu!!!!. must have closed down have cancelled my direct debit

Ich kann nur abraten . Wir haben ein Modem bekommen was offensichtlich nicht funktionierte. Nach zig Kontakten mit dem immer gleichen Inhalt was wir versuchen sollen damit es klappt, haben wir es zurück geschickt . Wir haben 3 Monate Internet bezahlt was wir nie hatten und die Erstattung des Modems erfolgte nach weiteren 3 Monaten noch immer nicht . Ständig wird angekündigt dass dies nun erfolgen soll, es passiert aber nicht !

Sending erroneous bills via Broadband Shack. After no service over Christmas from Broadband Shack I cancelled my contract in Dec 24. I can't get hold of them, they seem to have collapsed or sold out to BigBlu. I now appear to be getting invoices from Broadband Shack via BigBlu. Please get a grip on your billing - its feeling like harassment now!

Notre alarme fonctionne avec internet donc impossible de l'actionner lorsque nous nous absentons. Bravo Bigblu, j'annule l'abonnement et bloque votre facture auprès de la banque et je change de fournisseur internet par satellite en m'adressant à quelqu'un de plus professionnel.D

Ive called numerous times to your technical support but keep having continual issues with performance/loss of connection /slow speeds and slow upload speeds
This has been ongoing for quite some time December and now January
I called last week and attempted to get through to your customer services team /after 40 minutes I gave up
On accepting choice 1 for you dail system new connections it took approximately 10 seconds
The gentleman I spoke to indicated he couldn’t transfer me through however would get someone to call me
This never happened
Just like all the reply call phones from your technical team that never happens
I have cancelled my direct debit
Until I get some response im not proposing to rectify this
Please can someone action my queries or call me back and resolve my poor service and further we need to agree what reductions you will provide for a service that hasn’t met the required minimum performance

The service is so unreliable. It is so slow and barely supports any regular internet activity.
Unfortunately I am in an extremely rural area of west Ireland and had no alternative until recently with the advent of Starlink in Ireland. I suspect I will try that if the national broadband initiative takes much longer.

Its been poor but apparently they are getting new satellite and offering a much better deal with changes for free. Sign up for the deal and see how it goes? I have the parts for 2 months and despite lots of calls and mails there are still no installers. The installers came a few days ago. First Class from phone call to finishing. It is a lot better but no where near Fibre, however its fixed price and the Fibre companies are charging a lot more after you have been hooked for first year. bigblu let themselves down by time it took to get the upgrade sorted. Update got worse and worse so I got rid of them and got Sky.

One of the worst companies you could ever deal with. Started using their services long before Bigblu took over. After that it was all down hill. Billing was always a mess. You spend hours on the phone and think you've sorted it, but problems just carry on. The billing and invoicing people tell you that the system can't cope with mid month changes. At one point they were billing me for 2 services despite having one dish. I made several complaints online, but never had anyone respond. In the end I moved over to a french system which is cheaper and far more reliable. It's a great relief that I never have to talk to them again.

Wir Kundenmussennmal sehenwie wir unsere Geschafft weiter führen mit Internet.
Dann kommt diese Jahr auch noch ein Rechnung von über 400 Euro !!!
Leute seit Vorsicht, ich würde nie mehr so was nehmen!!!

Extrêment fachée contre bigblu, augmentation du tarif de l'abonnement sans prévenir, pas d'accès internet depuis 1 mois, une équipe technique qui ne propose pas de solution. Je vais de désabonner et je vous encourage à aller ailleurs !!!!!

Do not use these people!
These people keep sending you messages from a "no reply" email address and when you respond to their customer service email, you get no reaction. The service is mediocre at best and I left them because Starlink is much, much better - both the actual broadband product and the customer service.

The internet service is patchy at best. you might get a half decent service to start with (once its settled down), then it becomes dire. everyone of my neighbours says the same thing.
I cancelled my account, because of the poor internet...was told nothing to pay. they then start chasing me for a service which I didn't receive.
whenever I call they just hang up. I never raise my voice, I'm polite and courteous (I know it's not the staffs fault)..ive worked in a call centre. but this company is the absolute pits.

Although it took two attempts to get my Wi-Fi back after a power cut, the people I spoke to were informative and worked hard to deal with the problem from their end.
All resolved thankfully.
