Suspected scam
This morning I have received by email an invoice for £58.50 dated 11th January 2017 from do_not_reply&bigblu.co.uk. (Substitute the commercial "at" symbol for the ampersand) It is headed "Continia Document Output". I had a contract with BigBlu from 2015 to 2018, inherited from Tooway, and all my details are correctly quoted in that invoice, except that the space for the Contract Number is empty.
You cannot suddenly raise an invoice after six years, when payments were completed and the account closed five years ago. Alternatively there has been a leak of my personal data to a scammer. Either way, BigBlu is culpable and I am not paying this invoice.

I rang tech support and the assistant could not have been more helpful. Very patient and polite. Thank you!
Useless and expensive
Useless and expensive. I pay for the satellite connection as a backup to Airband. The one time in the last 6 months when I have needed the satellite backup it doesn't work. There is no help available all weekend. Why does a company giving such dreadful customer care not go into liquidation faster. I will certainly be closing my subscription.

Their Internet service is pretty average also. At the moment it's non existent.!

Can't speak highly enough of Bigblue. Can't remember how many years I've been with you (3-4?) but I'm in rural Ireland in the mountains and in that time I have only lost three separate connections of a few hours each. Prompt, efficient and a good price

Only giving one star because you can't…
Only giving one star because you can't give zero. We signed up with the company they took over. Up to this point, no problems at all. In the years since we have tried to use the system three times and every time there has been an issue. They lied about the well published VIASat breach, their engineers say one thing, accounts say another. Denied they had had my emails, then read them out to me and hung up on me while trying to resolve the issue. Thank god for Starlink,, which in comparison, has been a dream.

We live in a remote rural location on the southwest coast of Ireland and used BigBlu for the last two years. We have no fibre in the area and terrible mobile reception. Satelite was our only option and a lifeline to the web.
The installation was very professional. We found the service to be consistent and had no problems with any aspect of the service or equipment. We would recommend this to anyone as a solution .

Servizio assistenza pessimo, anzi inesistente. Linea non funzionante, decine di richieste a cui nessuno a risposto. Sono mesi che provo a risolvere il problema. Per lavorare ho dovuto istallare un altra linea. Anche per disdire e' un problema. Non mandano il modulo. Ho stampato un fax simile da internet. Ho un bimbo disabile che ha avuto problemi a frequentare le lezioni on line. Sto pensando di procedere legalmente. Azienda truffa
