Replacing transceiver
My replacement transceiver is now in place and working well, thanks to the very clear instructions given to me by Mat in Customer Support. His patience and helpfulness were particularly impressive given the difficulties posed by very poor phone receptin at my holiday home. The old transceiver is now on its way back to you as requested. LATITANTI al numero assistenza. ho fatto disdetta e manderanno cedolina UPS. spero di non sentirli mai più, grande delusione dall'odore di truffa

STATIC DISCHARGE. A simple matter until one forgets exactly what one needs to do. Because of getting cut off by my phone, I ended up speaking to two customer service colleagues who both were patient and helpful and were happy to take the time to wait on the line to check that all had been restored to normal. One leanrs something new everyday and having a real voice on the end of the phone line is very reasurring and having those voices knowledgeable and helpful is pretty wonderful when one is feeling stressed. A pleasant experience overall. Don't hesitate to call if you have any problems because you are bound to get a synpathetic ear from a real person which is not always the case these days.

i have been using BigBlu for about 10 years and in this time they have been pretty much perfect. Always answer the phone, always deal with my issues, always polite and professional. Its a shame we have to say goodbye but we finally have FTTP installed. I will continue to recommend.
LOST SERVICE DUE TO SATELLITE HACK, FEBRUARY 2022
I lost my satellite service when Russia invaded Ukraine in February, and I just received the modem sent by bigblu on 6 August, almost 6 months later. Therefore, for any service at all, I bought a Vodaphone plan for internet and tv service. I've called, at my own expense from Italy, bigblu in England several times to ask for help and I understand that the modem was actually sent at least twice before, but was returned before I was even notified. Then I received notice that my account was billed for 2 months when I had no service. More phone calls to England. Finally, I've now received two notices that my account is being turned over to a credit collection service for non payment (???). Today, on 20 August, I spoke with Alex who seems to have settled my problems. I will downgrade my service with bigblu to a backup service (at a savings of 60 euro per month!) and she's also checking into the two months that I was charged when I had no modem. I was so frustrated with bigblu that I was going to stop my service all together, but Alex found a plan for me that works and will still give me some service from your company. Thank goodness for her and her understanding of the problem; it's been very nerve-wracking!
