So finally received a new (used) modem
So finally received a new (used) modem. Follow the instructions ..... no chance and of course the phone lines shut. Turns out the inept people at BigBlu sent out a modem, on which the previous user had changed the Name and access code, of course the tech staff had not changed it back (if in fact they actually even bothered to check it at all). I know how to find the password but many people won't. The level of incompetence and lack of customer care is simply staggering.

There has probably been a lot of reviews regarding the cyber event. There was a couple of hiccups when the phones went unanswered but on the whole they answered my questions honestly and with good humour.
Our new modem should have arrived on 9 May but didn't turn up. I rang Customer Services and explained the situation. I think it was Alex who contacted UPS detailing our name, address, phone number and email and for added good measure the GPS coordinates. She rang back telling what she had done and to expect a delivery soon. Within an hour I was contacted by the courier and this morning the modem arrived. Brilliant service, helpful and friendly staff. Definitely worth five stars!

Siamo tutti nella stessa barca di m.... A oggi dopo 3 mesi ancora nessuna risposta è nessun modem. Ho disattivato il rid bancario vediamo se riuscite a contattarmi così. Mi sa che l unica soluzione è disdire.

Assistenza evaporata
Dopo il problema che la compagnia ha avuto a Febbraio 2022 con la gestione del satellite mi e' stato spedito il nuovo modem. A detta della compagnia necessario per riprendere a navigare. Il modem e' arrivato nei tempi. La beffa e' che al modem manca il codice di attivazione. Quindi io sono ormai quasi due mesi che sono in possesso del nuovo modem ma non riesco a navigare. Nessuno risponde al servizio clienti. Ho aperto tra le 10 e le 15 segnalazioni al loro ticket automatico chiedendo se qualcuno potesse risolvere il problema (assenza della nuova attivazione). Niente, vuoto piu' assoluto. Sono come tutti spariti. La cosa piu' buffa e' che mi arrivano email automatiche dicendomi di mettere il nuovo modem online. Proviamo a vedere se questa segnalazione porta a qualcosa altrimenti la disdetta rimane l'unica opzione per una compagnia che sembra essersi sciolta al sole.

Une de plus !
Une de plus !! Depuis le 24/02 bien sur plus d'internet. Aussi en zone blanche, clé 4G Bouygues ne fonctionne pas car pas assez de puissance !! Donc, averti de la possible livraison du modem juste avant mon départ pour 5 jours de vacances, 31/03- 5/04) je demandé de juste DECALER, la livraison de 5 jours.....(livraison en plus par UPS, toujours très nulle). La personne en ligne à dû comprendre ANNULER, car depuis plus rien...J'ai rappelé 2X, on m'a dit, vous recevrez le modem fin avril. Nous sommes le 29.....rien !!! Et je vois un message mail de BB disant qu'il n'ont plus assez de modems pour livrer tout les clients....Patienter encore....combien de temps, je travaille avec la connexion du téléphone, 3G 2 barres........Merci de nous donner des informations valables et précises. Presque 100€/mois pour un forfait GOLD, et être traité de la sorte, c'est insuportable. le problème : pas d'autres choix......

Box was bricked sorted in days with replacement
Box was bricked, replacement sent in a few days. I had to call technical support to assign the correct spot beam. But that all worked well. Only wish support was open outside working hours. Would have paid extra for that if it was available.

Courteous Service - Problem Solved…
The customer service lady was very courteous and put me on the right tack. The problem was that I had logged in to an old portal. Problem solved once I logged into the new portal to amend my card details.

I had great help over the phone from Monique S. who was very patient and caring talking to this old and deaf individual. It makes such a difference for an old person to have someone kind and patient to talk to when there's a computer related issue to be resolved.
