Today's experience was positive

Today's experience was positive. I was, though seriously disappointed to receive an automated email yesterday threatening to cancel my account and pass the matter on to a debt collection agency AFTER speaking to another of your colleagues who had assured me that would not happen. This debt was incurred purely as a result of you changing your platform and not me voluntarily stopping my payments. Not good.

clear and concise talk-through

after experiencing a problem due to their new platform, I phoned and was promptly answered. I was talked through the process required clearly and the problem was resolved quite quickly. It's nice to talk to someone instead of having to on-line chat or use e-mail.

Linea assente

Linea assente , hanno inviato nuovo modem per prendere tempo mi hanno fatto chiamare due volte un tecnico ,la quale ha fatto di tutto con la conclusione che la linea e assente chiamati richiamati inutilmente. Un esame saltato tanti disagi ho aspettato veramente per tanti mesi che ristabilissero la linea , niente . In risposta ai reclami hanno inviato modulo disdetta !!! Poco seri e anche strafottenti con il costo di pezzi ricambio addebitati . E anche prima non era in eccellenza !!

Questa azienda fantasma merita una valutazione inferiore a zero, in quanto l'assistenza non esiste proprio, nemmeno se apri un tiket o quant'altro che dovrebbero essere obbligati a rispondere. Sono quasi 4 mesi che stiamo senza servizio e non sappiamo a che punto stanno. Non abbiamo nemmeno un modo di fare disdetta.

Tragedia assoluta!

Come molti altri clienti non ricevo segni di vita.
Ho aperto infiniti tickets ed ho telefonato tantissime volte.
Ho anche ricevuto e mail che mi dice di collegarmi!!!!! Ma se il modem non dà segni di vita come lo metto in uso!!!!! Pessimi!

Truly excellent customer support

Had some problems settign up a new modem. Called and was put through to someone (Mat) immediately. Excellent, patient and friendly help. All problems resolved quickly. Could not have wished for better support service

Having just spoken to your agent I am happy things have been sorted out. What I am not happy about is your system of communication, I have always had problems, when we arrive in France I have always had to spend time talking to technical support to get back on line!

I needed more data

I needed more data. The BigBlu staff are lovely - really helpful - know what they're talking about and give clear guidance. I wish other companies I deal with had good staff like these people!

Very helpful and understanding

We had a bees nest right by the satellite dish and Sandra was very helpful and understanding of my difficulties in being able to get to the transceiver to return it.

New portal

Although I couldn't get into the new portal without some help, the woman from customer services was very helpful and got me sorted out. It is actually much better than the old one I think

Assistenza pessima

Assistenza pessima. Dopo quasi 3 mesi di continue richieste a cui non rispondeva nessuno è arrivato il nuovo modem che ….. NON FUNZIONA!!! Non riceve il segnale satellitare e, ovviamente, nessuno continua a rispondere ai vari ticket aperti. Non resta che la disdetta
