I tried the program
I tried the program, its good, and well adapted to people my age.. but I'm too lazy right now... so I decided to cancel my subscription a few days after the company charged me for the renewal. The cancellation was relatively painless, and the company refunded me with minimum of hasle. This company runs a a honest business. Worth a try if you are committed to work out.

Seems a good app, great customer service
I downloaded the app while on a discounted offer but didn't have the time to use it. It did look very useful and complete. Great customer service support when I needed to cancel my subscription, many thanks for all the help given.
I think I will subscribe again in the future when I will be ready to follow the plan properly.

I recently completed the 28-day Pilates…
I recently completed the 28-day Pilates plan on the BetterMe app and I’m really impressed! The program was well-structured and easy to follow, with each workout lasting between 15 to 25 minutes—perfect for my busy schedule. The video instructions were clear and professional, making it easy to know exactly what to do.
I also tried some face yoga sessions from other trainings in the app, which were a nice addition. Overall, the app is great and very user-friendly.
One small downside: if you want to switch to a new plan, you need to contact support. Otherwise, it just loops back to the same 28-day exercises, which can get a bit repetitive. That said, the support team was super fast—within minutes they helped me switch to a new plan and also resolved an issue where the face yoga content had disappeared.
All in all, I’m very satisfied with BetterMe. Great content, responsive support, and a good fit for a busy lifestyle!

時間が日によって違うところが、忙しい人には困る可能性。努力したけど目標体重は達成できなかった。ただ下半身の体力がついて、坂道が太ももの負担を感じずに登れるようになったのは驚きです。解約の手順が運営側の通りにならなくてあせりましたが、メールのやり取りでなんとか解約していただけましたが、事前に会員規約をしっかり読むか、どこのアプリストアで購入したかを確認することが必要と思われます。ボディラインはかなり引き締まったと確信しています。
