Betano is the worst
This Bookmaker is the worst what i saw. I started 5.9. with just 500$, during 5 days i won 1000$, so i had 1500$ and then they block my bets, because they wanted my ID, photos, receipt and statement, so i sent it. Today is 11.10. and i still CANT use my account, cant bets, cant withdraw my money. I called with them 5x times and still says the same sh+ts.

Me being an idiot misread/understood…
Me being an idiot misread/understood the new customer promotion and thought odds of 1/1 was equivalent to 1.0 as decimal so my bets didn’t qualify for the promotion so i contacted the app and they very generously explained where I had gone wrong and credited me the bonus funds anyway. Never experienced such useful and efficient customer service before. The odds are good, the offers are good and the staff are brilliant. Thank you Thomas!

Rude staff when i first went on live chat about a problem with a bet so i leave it for a bit and go back on got a person called Frantisek who was very helpful and the problem was solved in less than 10 minutes
