DO not trust betano I have deposited and now they won't let me have my money back after saying I am excluded from the casino! But they accepted my deposit and let me play. I'm really disappointed in this casino as they are suppose to be regulated but won't let me have my deposit back as far as I'm concerned this company cannot be trusted at all, the live chat is rude and unhelpful.

Keep coming back with lies, ‘used the bet’ despite me sending screenshots to prove otherwise.

So I started the live chat to see if anyone could help, thankfully I was placed with Ana who didn’t mess around with helping me and simply sorted my query with no hesitation.
