I bought boots which were to small no refund! It says on site some things are non refundable but I think they mean ALL ITEMS are not refundable ???

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money but don't deliver the goods. They ignore emails and any other forms of communication. I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. Now £30 out of pocket. Currently working with PayPal to get this money back.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have never received my order and after 3 emails asking for a status report I have still received no reply. AVOID!!

Deserve NO stars! ..cheap, crap products sent absolutely not the same as advertised. .missing parts on bag ordered don't even look same as product i Sent for. ..long time to eventually come. ..no reply back to emails. ..don't use this company. .stop this company trading NOW!

I have ordered shoes as my friend just ordered one and they have received what they have ordered so I decided to take a risk.
I've also received shoes but only similar to the one on website and to the one my friend ordered. Her were as should but mine are like made from plastic as has slighly order designed. I've emailed all emails they have on website including contact form.
Nobody back to me. No contact number. No way to find out who is behind this scammed company.
DO NOT take a risk as it's no worth.

Do not trust this company I ordered some boots cancelled them the same day as thought better of it, asked to cancel them and still waiting for refund 6 weeks later although it took just a second to take my money from my bank.

I bought boots from this company I sent a email to find out the address to send them back, I was one of the luck people to get a reply telling me that they don't have a return policy. Never heard of this from any other companies. If you ask me I would say this is a fake company, I wish I had read your reviews I certainly wouldn't have bought boots. My recommendation, don't purchase anything from this company.

I would not buy from this company again ordered some boots in October and have not turned up. I have tried emailing this company four times for the goods or refund had no response from them.

Awful!! I don’t think this is a legitimate company and it needs to be closed down! Email address for returns does not work, and the shoes I ordered, which were supposed to be the make Blowfish, most definitely are not. Cheap, nasty fakes that I will never wear, and I’m trying to return...

Ignore the 1 star ....'0' is my rating!! I have still not received my order and so so wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I ordered my boots. After on-line form filling and many emails I've had NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER to say where my order is or when it's coming and of course they have your money up front. NEVER AGAIN!!

Their customer service is diabolical. I ordered a pair of boots which, when finally arrived after a very long wait, were the wrong size. I have repeatedly emailed them to request a return or my money refunded and they are just completely not interested. I got one email back saying their "team" was looking into it Obviously their "team" are having problems understanding that this is their error and should be rectified by them.

I recommend that their "team" receive some customer training as obviously they are very inept at their job!

Ordered fleece lined Jeggings, Poor communication regarding order and when they arrived they were nothing like the picture on the website. Extremely poor quality, avoid buying if you are expecting them to look like the picture which displayed light coloured fleece. The lining is a black material which I can’t describe. Can’t be bothered to go the the impossible task of trying to get a refund.

I ordered a pair of thermal Winter boots, they came within 2 weeks, they were exactly what I ordered, correct size, correct colour, they were very comfortable, well made, I'm very happy with them, I can't fault the service.

Stay away.very poor company. My sandals arrived but wrong size sent them back with post office receipt proof. Sent endless messages no reply as replacement pair not sent. Contacted PayPal as paid via them and they had response from company, but advised that my post office receipt was not no good as it wasn't recorded delivery although postcode of return address was on receipt. Taken my money but never refunded any back to me denied they received return item.
This company should not be trading absolute scammers.

I bought two pair of shoes by an ad on Facebook. The shoes loooked very good. First I had to wait for months to recieve them. Now I got them. Very poor quality, very small. Cannot use any of those. They were transported from China, and I don`t bother to return them.
I would never get my money back anyway.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM MELUXSURE. I agree with all other comments about the poor service and getting back to you.

I order the shoes and took a half size bigger than I normally do and they are too small. They are cheap and look nothing like the pictures on the website.

I have tried to contact Meluxsure but the email address does not work and therefore cannot return the items. No response from the online email query.

I am disgusted with this company, they give the impression that the customer is so important, ie: if you have a problem contact the number below, however there is no number, you have to fill in a form which is supposed to be responded to within 24 hours, I've sent 6 forms and not received 1 reply. I have a bag that should be khaki it yukky chocolate brown, plus it nothing like the picture, sandals that should bend in the middle, they are rock solid. That's £50 of useless goods and no way of returning them.

There's no "Best"about this company actually and I wish I could give Minus stars. Ordered 2 pairs in April. So far, no sandals and no response to emails!! They took my money though. To prospective buyers.......DON'T!!!!!!!!!
The owners of this company should be put in the stocks and have rotten food thrown at them. Come on FB. Take them off your site.
