I'm assuming the Adidas I bought are fake because they had a hole in the sole after 20 wears. They did not respond to any of my emails.

The Bigonus website is easy to use, and my sneakers arrived quickly. I’m very satisfied.

I was skeptical at first, but Bigonus exceeded my expectations. Great service and authentic products.

I ordered what were labeled Nike "Wmns Air Zoom Alphafly NEXT% Shoes Size 10. They sent Men's size 10. I told them they sent the wrong size, and they could not explain what 'Wmns' meant if not Women's. They said they did not have my size. Then I explained that it would be the same as a Men's 8.5. They had no idea this was true. Then they offered to return/exchange them but I had to pay $50 shipping, even though it was their error. I did eventually receive my size, but these shoes were WAY heavier than my other pairs of these same shoes, and the soles came out (which they don't on my other pairs). I think these are pretty good knock-offs, but not authentic, and not near as fast. At least they have customer service that responds. But lots of grief and shoes were a waste of money.

I received no status on shipping. I called the company and they don’t pick up!!! If I do not receive any status on the shipping I will repost your company to the BBB and Facebook to prevent you from conducting illegal practices in the US!!!

I ordered a Jordan 4 Black Cat 2020 and a Yeezy Boost 350, when I tell you how mad and disappointed I was in myself for not doing a research before buying on their webpage. Both shoes are fake at least the “black Cat” are a decent copy, but the Yeezy looks so off and bad, LEGIT DO NOT BUY FROM BIGONUS, fake, counterfeit, copies of original shoes, the good reviews are fakes so you believe they are a real page, they go to the extent to even put fake Stock X tags, which I will report to them so they get sued for counterfeit and defamation.

Ordered Adidas Samba Decon in Ivory. Got them and realized that they are absolutely FAKE. They call some of their products ‘UA’…which basically means they are manufactured overseas to duplicate the look but not quality. They even tell you this if you go deep into their FAQ’s. Sadly I did not. I have the real Samba Decons and could instantly tell that the leather (which is actually synthetic leather, not natural leather) stamping and rubber sole were not the authentic Adidas Samba Decons. Decent duplicates, BUT sizing so off to the real deal that they are too small. Guess what!? THEY DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT. I have 3 pairs of the authentic Adidas Samba Decon and know that they run large. Ordered accordingly with that knowledge. Just another confirmation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM NOT SURE HOW THIS IS LEGAL. THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY COUNTERFEIT.

I ordered shoes back in December for my grandson. Sent me the wrong shoe and the wrong size. I returned the shoe as requested. Received a note saying that I will get a full refund.NO REFUND!!!
I am out $149. Which is a lot of money to me.

I was surprised by how fast my order from Bigonus arrived, especially since it was an international shipment. The shoes are exactly what I wanted, and the price was great. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

DO NOT BUY! I BOUGHT $150 NIKE SHOES FOR MY SON IN NOVEMBER AND A MONTH LATER THE SHOES BLEW OUT AND THE SOLES AND STITCHING CAME DETACHED. I REACHED OUT FOR A REFUND BUT THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME. THEY ARE CRAP SHOES.

I bought shoes from this company and was sent the wrong pair. They came from china with stockx tags, thought that was weird. They didn’t ask for the shoes back, so I decided to sell them on stockx since the pair they sent didn’t fit me. StockX sent them back as they are fake shoes. Which means this company is selling fakes.

I was skeptical but I honestly got exactly what I asked for. This is not a bot or someone just saying something because I work there….legit…I’m impressed. I will order shoes from them again.

I placed a order and want to cancel. The phone number is basically a house phone with no one answering or returning phone calls I have submitted two support tickets, and oddly enough both have the same ticket number and they were submitted under different emails. This site is designed to scam the consumer and take their money and the product being given is not a real "Nike".

I returned a pair of counterfeit burgundy Adidas Samba sneakers that smelled of plastic and chemicals. I took pictures of the return and offered tracking number as requested, but they won't issue a refund! I keep getting a message that the case has been "resolved", but I
reply that it hasn't. It has been a month and I still have not received my refund! Beware of this scam company also known as Skrrs. Any good reviews are likely very fake!

Bad experience I knew that the sneakers were FAKE since the package said it came from HK, they arrived quickly but to be fake the price does not seem fair to me, they came full of glue everywhere and as I see in the comments I don't think they can give a solution for the return, don't buy here better buy on reliable sites

Bought my son Nike Air Jordon’s 14 black toe. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size had to exchange them for smaller size. My Son is Emilda Marcus when it comes to his sneakers. He absolutely loved them , I have only one Son . Which he was given everything in life no exaggeration. He has a total of 180 different Nike sneakers. Official he collects them , he is 35 yrs old all he has ever worn was Nike the whole gear. I understand why they’re getting scammers, not the case at all. Just as I’m leaving a review & everyone shops online through all different sites. Think about it you shop Amazon so many people are selling of 3rd parties. So if you’re not sure that what you’re buying is real. Then go to the major department stores Macys, lord & Taylor, website stay off sites if you can’t hold the same for major department stores. That triple the price as to why they’re all filing for bankruptcy. Have had absolutely no problems with them at all. Making an honest living just not established enough yet to have customer services. Who give you a line of bullshit, to pasig your problem. Leave a message if you placed an order. They will get back to you as soon as possible. Yes they are official not fraudulent or fake.

My bank account was completely shut down and flagged for fraud after ordering from this site! It is impossible to get in touch with them and the shoes are fake!

They shipped fake Nikes that were not even the right size and wouldn’t provide a refund or return. Bigonus is a scam site.

Update 12/5/24 - Bigonus did reach out and asked that I provide photos of the shoes and a photo of a measurement of the insole. To confirm my suspicions I purchased REAL Nikes of the same model from the local store and the size was different, stictching, and colors were different, and there were glue smears where they were poorly manufactured on the fakes Bigonus sold. In fact they sent me this in the email admitting they sell fakes:” 3. UA (Unauthorized Authentic) Products: We also have a selection of UA products. These are made in the same factories, using the same materials as the original branded products. Although they are produced without the brand's authorization and sold independently, their quality and design match the original items closely.” They have still refused to provide any refund.
