They’ll tell you to be patient and that it’s in transit…rubbish !!! .. requested a refund but more excuses 😡😡

Vandaag stond ik op het punt om nike air sneaker voor dames bij dit bedrijf te bestellen. Prachtig model voor slechts €69,90 gereclameerd op facebook.
Ik bedacht, eerst toch maar de reviews lezen. Ik lees geen enkele positiviteit van klanten maar slechts de ervaring van gedupeerden. Besteld, betaald maar nooit ontvangen! Wat een geluk bij ongeluk voor mij.

Triest bedrijf stelletje oplichters
Niks ontvangen, ze zouden na veel
Mails gestuurd te hebben deel van
Bedrag terug storten maar na 4 maanden
Nog steeds niks, nu reageren ze niet meer
....
Je kan jammer genoeg geen min sterren kiezen...

I ordered from these liars and thieves back in the summer of 2023 and have gone through exactly the same scam others have reported here. Their fake tracking website that says my parcel arrived, and then them claiming that it must be my fault that I didn’t pay attention to my mail. They offered me some refund which I got a portion of, and then they said they would send the materials again. Of course I had no confidence those would ever arrive and they didn’t. I have been going back-and-forth with them on about a two week basis now all autumn and into winter being assured that they are working on this and that they will make everything right. This is just a complete scam. Unabashed theft.

Facebook allows scammers like Retrostyle, who don't deliver the goods they promise. They promise T shirts at wholesale prices, but as it turns out, that promise was too good to be true.
I've been waiting since June for my shirts, and after I contacted them in August, they promised again to deliver them. Nothing.

Scammers !
Site has disappeared now.
Only £34 and claimed back via credit card.
Facebook should take more responsibility for online scammers.

Merce mai arrivata dopo quasi 3 mesi.
Contattato il servizio clienti, rispondono immediatamente, scusandosi (in modo molto professionale) e dicono che la merce risulta consegnata.
Prima ti dicono che te la rispediscono poi ti offrono un rimborso ( nel mio caso il 60%) ma temo che non arriverà mai.

Same thing happened to me back in July. Thank god it was only $28 could have been a lot worse I know. Endless back and forth with Pat, Brian, Ethel, William etc etc. seems like it was a huge family business 🤣🤣. Anyway folks been using Rockabilia and they are very good but obviously everyone to their own.

I ordered from these back in June . The same as everyone else on here. Total scam !! I checked their “ tracking “ details , apparently my package was delivered to an address in Milton Keynes !! I live in North Wales 🤣. I just went to my original order email , tried clicking on view our store, and the store is closed. Surprise surprise !!

Same as all the other reviews...a TOTAL scam...same modus operandi with every order...anyway, I tried it and didn't loose that much money (just did a test to see how trustworthy they were -- NOT!). Avoid at all costs.
First order supposedly delivered...second attempt (more than one month ago) same answer...
Take the money and run...or stay in China...

This is now a company that even delivers in the future! It's now 10.57am in Belgium and they delivered the package today at 15.07pm...woaw!!!

As mentioned by many afore I can only repeat and fully agree, I would give this company 0 stars if possible!
I placed an order in the beginning of June and have not received my order since. According to the answers I've received upon my first complaint, was that the parcel had been delivered. This however was not the case. My statement resulted in a second attempt to deliver my order which was basically a copy of the first attempt. Since I work in a home office I was home the whole day of both documented delivery days and no carrier arrived on either of those days nor the ones before or after. As stated in many reviews before, I quote "On contacting them they questioned my abilty to type in my correct address and offered to give a 60% refund." Since I have access to a reasonably sized legal department and although I doubt to have any success, I will pass this on for our lawyers to take a look. I do however believe that this company should be charged for fraud and taken down. ANYBODY EVEN FAINTLY THINKING ABOUT ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, PLEASE DON'T DO THAT AND STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE!
Clearly this company is systematically robbing people of their money and seemingly have no intention of delivering any prepaid order.
I wish I had read these reviews before!

If I can give it a zero star I would. Same as the other reviews. I ordered some shirts. They’ve said it was delivered. It never was. They said their ship it again. Tracking number was fake. Said delivered again. Offered refund. No refund ever came. Luckily I spent like 30 bucks. No biggie. But definitely DO NOT ORDER with them.

Assolutamente inaffidabili. Mai arrivata la merce e continuano a fare finta di nulla, sostenendo di aver spedito. Dopo 3 mesi e mezzo sono spariti.

A complete scam using AI to respond in quite eloquent emails. I even messaged them in advance of purchase and they assured me they were legit. More the fool me.
Nothing ever arrived, no refund and I’ve been given endless BS ever since.

Never received anything even though products paid for. Company claimed they sent products twice although nothing arrived at my door. Questioned my ability to give my address properly & then offered me 60% refund. Absolute waste of money & time.
