Absolutely scammers shoes are rubbish they do Not answer emails no return in package and cannot get return address for a refund iv emailed they at least 20 times to no avail AVOIDE AVOID

Do nOat order from this company . Shoes advertised as ‘leather’ smell of petrol , feel as if they are made from cardboard and both shiesxwrogh less than 500g. Sé’s are shiny plastic snd thd ‘cork’ is .... well I’m. It sure what!!!
They will not correspond with me despite a number of attempts . I did receive one e mail to express their surprise! I imagine they are quite used to receiving complaints like mine .
I’m cross with myself for not reading reviews before purchasing .

Another one that thinks this is a scam
In my case not even acknowledged the order with a confirmation but happily took money from my account.
Emailed several times and been ignored. Comments on their facebook shop are switched off now
Avoid at all costs. My mistake and lesson learned

Bought a couple of pairs of shoes for my elderly mum. When they came they were cheap, ill-fitting and the plastic soles would have been so dangerous if she had worn them in the wet. They are not rubber as they appear in the photos. A total con.
I contacted them, explained the issues and requested that I return them and get a refund. They did not want to know. They only do returns on damaged goods - really????
What company would happily let an old lady wear shoes that will be dangerous in the wet?
I will never buy from an advert on Facebook again and avoid this company at all costs!

Avoid like the plague! China based company that doesn’t accept returns. Ordered a pair of what looked like great summer slip-ons but when they arrived they are flimsy, thin material on the top and stink of glue - nothing like the pictures on Facebook. All they’re fit for is the rubbish! Extremely disappointed and a total waste of money.

Ordered leather slip ons reduced from £50 to £23 good job I did not pay £50. I do not know what they think leather is but they are cardboard no one answers e mails or acknowledges any form of contact cannot send anything back. Give this company a wide berth totally useless product and customer service

Ordered 'leather' sandals, arrived OK but poor quality. No delivery note or returns instructions. Have emailed for returns details - UK website says free returns, but the specifics are then state postage must be paid in $.

I ordered some shoes in khaki. When they arrived, they were cream. I’ve tried to contact the company to ask for returns advice but haven’t heard a word from them. Won’t be using them again, wished I’d read some reviews before ordering from them!

I ordered a pair of boots on 14 Feb and have received nothing a month later.
Sent an email but have not had a reply.
Have I lost my money?

This company is useless. I did receive the boots I ordered & in a reasonable time but one
pair came in the wrong size & with no paperwork. I tried to contact them regarding returns but have had no reply. Found a telephone number but when called it said not in use. All I want to do is to have contact back from the company for its return address

Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Save yourself a lot of hassle & disappointment & don’t purchase from them.

Ordered boots, I think they are great and about to order another pair for next winter! They are nice, warm and comfy. used to advertise as waterproof, but dont any more. They are not waterproof but ok in showers rather than snow or deluges! Came fairly quickly and that was just before christmas. They do come from china, so I guess it can be hit or miss. but seem to be a lot of bad reviews here not sure why

Ordered a pair of boots just over a week ago, received an email with delivery tracking info and Hermes delivered them today. Correct size and a comfortable fit. No criticisms from me!

Hi I know there has been lots of negative comments about this company I can only say that my experience was.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots in different sizes on Saturday 6/2/21. Then looked at reviews - oh dear.

Received a tracking email on Sunday and was able to monitor progress from the warehouse in China all the way to delivery to me today 12/2/21.

Both pairs of boots are the correct size, colour. They are comfortable and seem to do what it says on the tin.

Maybe we were lucky, but credit where credit due.

Prompt delivery, just over a week. I already had the purple ones which are still going strong with nearly daily use over the past year, great fit, wonderfully warm and waterproof. I couldn't resist getting another pair in a different colour and am not disappointed.

No contact made after boots received where too big
No response to emails about how to return or refund.

The reviews didn't fill me with confidence but the lined boots did arrive and were as shown on the website. Only issue was the 3 week wait for delivery which is no surprise as the tracking showed them travelling via Florida from China.

I ordered an item from this company and received an email saying it will be processed in 1-3 days and they will forward a tracking number when posted. 4 weeks later no email or communication from this company even though I've emailed them 4 time.
Avoid these robbing scum bags all there interested in is taking your money.

Ordered a hoover through Foremost world when u go to check it comes up Best mart website with back soon emailed on 3 occasions and had no reply and not received order. I am now dealing with PayPal to get my money back 😒 wish I had known this was a scam before ordering

Do not buy anything from this company ,once you have ordered and payed for an item you can’t get in touch and if you send emails they’re just ignored. Proper scam company
