Horrendous. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering from here. Looked genuine to start with and then when I realised the shoes I ordered wasn’t arriving when stated, it became obvious they weren’t coming from the UK. No paperwork with them to send back. I ordered the shoes in blue but they’re a disgusting green colour, they’re obviously fake. Not the shoes that were advertised.

Fake blowfish shoes, poor quality, incorrect size sent so emailed the company asking for a return address for exchange or refund. After an initial response saying they would look into this I have heard nothing since so I doubt I will either get an exchange or refund. Ignore the glowing Facebook reviews as these are clearly fake. Wish I had seen the trust pilot reviews prior to purchase. Do not buy from this company.

I bought shoes from here, which where of poor quality, uncomfortable fit (right size) & colour not like the picture.
There guarantee said "risk free ironclad 30 day guarantee" & "if you don't have a positive experience for any reason we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100 % satisfied with your purchase"

I wasn't so I emailed them and this was there response :-"Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven damaged"

now! does that sound like the company who just promised to do whatever it takes? They even put that in capitals!

I am like all the other reviews. Shoes that arrived are POOR quality, and I’ve been trying for days to get this company to give me their return address. Thank goodness I didn’t spend a lot. Don’t buy from this company!!!!

Fake blowfish shoes. Ordered pink and received a horrible peach colour. Cheap nasty zip and no arch support. Do not buy from this company.

Fake blowfish shoes! An advert popped up on my Facebook page and the comments seemed genuine but now I know they must be fake. The shoes are not as advertised, they do not have arch support just cheap flat soles. They are not worth the money I paid for them, infact I could get better and cheaper from Primark!
Stay well away from this site.

ordered Blowfish arch support shoe from Facebook advert, finally received today after 4 weeks, honestly I wish they had never turned up. They are not the shoe advertised they're not even blowfish brand but a cheap knock off version. The insole has no support. Lesson learnt from these shady adverts.

Same as the other reviews unfortunately. I ordered a pair of Blowfish trainer shoes & received (after nearly a month wait) a pair of cheap, rubbish, badly made canvas shoes that vaguely resemble the original in look but that's all. Usual story when ordering from China...... Expectation never matches reality! Hey ho, you live you learn.

I wish I had read the reviews on here first the order took a long time to arrive, I ordered pink trainers
they were too big and didn't look the same colour as advertised also badly made and smell.

Shoes are fake, falsely advertised and now I have lost money as have not heard back from company. I can’t even claim through my credit card company as the shoes finally arrived, they were just not what I had ordered. I wouldn’t have minded if the shoes were any good and fake, but unfortunately they are awful, ill fitting, smell cheap and so uncomfortable.
So annoyed at myself for not checking trust pilot first as could have saved myself money and stress.

Absolutely awful company. Scammers. Advertise lovely looking items but you receive absolute crap. I ordered what looked like some beautiful and comfy teal coloured trainers, they took ages to arrive, when they did, they looked nothing like advertised. Colour is completely different, sizing is way too big and material quality is very poor. I emailed them countless times to complain and find out about returning, but they do not respond. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I have opened up a dispute through PayPal. This was done 2 weeks ago, the seller has only just responded now saying that they do not offer refunds unless item is damaged (which I doubt they would even do then either) I have now escalated this back to PayPal as I want my money back

I ordered sneakers on line. They were too large so I sent email asking how to make return. Have done this for five days now and no response. Do not buy from this company. One star is too generous but rating of no stars not an option

Ordered trainer shoes had them delivered, no way r they my size, no corresponding letter inside to send back and have emailed them loads of time to find they do not answer emails back. Shocking company!!!

CROOKS. Believe what you read. The people behind this scam of a company are thieves. Why are they allowed to steal people's money? I ordered shoes 4 weeks ago and still waiting. No replies to my emails. All I get is a vague shipment from China which is still in transit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Avoid like the plague..... Sent shoes that are not like the photo, do not reply to emails and no telephone number!!!

Do not buy from this company. They are sending very poor quality trainers instead of the ones advertised. Absolutely disgusting. Wish I could post photos of what I agreed to buy and what’s been sent. Can’t believe companies can get away with this.

Sadly I along with plenty of other people ordered and paid for some shoes which still haven't arrived. It's a pity something can't be done about companies like this.
What a waste of time and money

Ordered two weeks ago. Very quickly took money from my account. Haven’t received my shoes though. Trying to chase them with emails but no reply. I wish I had reviews before spending my hard earned money. Please please don’t use this company.

Ordered and received email they were dispatched 2 weeks ago. No reply to emails, wish I had read reviews before ordering. Don't purchase as you are just throwing your money away. If they do arrive I will update.
