If I could put a minus stars I would. I ordered 2 pair of the sneekers/trainers. They took forever to arrive and when they did I wish they hadn't. They are the crappiest foot wear I have ever seen. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered, I would definitely would not have wasted my hard earned cash. I pride myself on not ordering footwear on line. But seeing as we were in lock down I had a senior moment and my pride dropped through the floor. NEVER AGAIN will I break my rules. BUYER BEWARE...... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Like other reviewers, I bought a pair of shoes that turned out to be very poor quality. Despite several attempts I have not been able to contact anyone to arrange a return and refund.
Please avoid this company at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS... HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NO REFUNDS... Bought shoes.. not fit for purpose.. complained and asked for a refund.. reply from Anna Alyssa (if there is such a person) advising that they do not offer refunds... so I am stuck with a £30 pair of shoes that are only fit for the bin... no further requests despite sending several emails...

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I MADE AN ORDER OF £65 AND NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING BACK HAVE SENT EMAILS WITH NO REPLY. I ONLY WISH ID CHECKED THEM OUT FIRST. BEST MART YOU SHOUD BE ASHAMED TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS.YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR ONLY COULDN'T LEAVE THIS MESSAGE OTHERWISE.

Very poor quality. No after sales service or address for returning goods. Should not be allowed to advertise on face book. I will avoid buying anything through facebook again because of this.

Had to give a star as you can't not.
DO NOT USE!!! The products are fake and they do not respond to emails.
I received damaged goods in the wrong size. I have had to claim through PayPal as they have not got back to me.

I rate them zero! The items are flimsy and worst of all I am unable to return them as noone has replied to my emails!! DO NOT order from them!!

Shoes arrived today.. have taken nearly 3 weeks and complete rubbish.. cheaply made and looks it.. ordered blue got green.. keep away from this so called company.. they are con merchants.

I spent £19.99 on shoes that were the wrong size.

I must have tried over 50 times to get a return address to exchange for the correct size.

No response from them, or even an acknowledgement of my many mails.

My review is 0 out of 10 for customer service.... To sell an item and become IMPOSSIBLE to contact for a return address is dispicable! I'm on benefits.

I shall report your site, and advise anyone reading this review to avoid you completely.

I bought two pairs of shoes costing me nearly £40 with priority posting. They took about four weeks to arrive when they did they were far too small. No Invoice or address to send them back to. I sent e.mail to them when I finally found it had no reply. Wish I had read reviews first. is there nothing we can do about this I cant afford to loose this money

I waited four weeks for these sandals, advertised as comfy leather sandals. They are shoddy, made of cardboard look as if they were made by schoolchildren on a blue Peter project. I have sent lots of emails for how to return , no joy. I am disgusted, this is so bad for other businesses who work well on line. Someone ought to be able to do something about this.

Had I known that these shoes, advertised on Facebook, were being made and shipped from China I would not have ordered them. However I have received them today after a two week wait. I had read reviews that said they were not true to size so I ordered a size larger than normal. They’re OK but still a little tight. Hopefully with wear they’ll stretch a bit.

Terrible quality shoes if you can call them shoes made mainly of cardboard and only fit for the bin! First time being conned by Facebook adverts but NEVER again! Do not buy from this company in China it's a scam keep your well earned money!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Shoes bought and received approximately a month later. However, ordered blue and received an awful minty green colour. Awful and nothing like the item advertised. Currently trying to return but unable to locate a return address on their website and my email was blocked! Looks like I’ve learned a lesson costing £20!

Do not buy from this company. There is no address to return the items if there is a reason to. You will not get a response from emails or contact forms you fill in!
I ordered a size 9 shoe, it arrived (that’s a plus side) however they were nowhere near a size 9. My daughter is a size 6 and they didn’t even fit her!!
Rubbish quality, and weren’t particularly cheap!

Advertised on FB as Blowfish shoes. They took 3-4 weeks to arrive - from China! Poor quality, poor fit. My emails bounce back from the email address on their returns page and no response from the customer service email either.
Terrible product and terrible customer service.

I received my shoes 4weeks later , very poor quality to small so I wanted to send them back , no paperwork with shoes and I have tried to get In touch with the company but no reply. So what do I do now ?
So my hard earned money is lost to a company who couldn’t careless.
