Patronise this company at your own peril. The products are of no quality, it takes them ages to deliver and will not even reply your messages. I told them
I want to change the size at least, they eventually replied that they don’t take return or exchange goods for any reason. The company makes me detest patronising company with unknown brand online. I will never make such mistake again!.

Bought furry snow boots arrived in 10 days. They are fab perfect fit and comfortable.

With the help of Consumer Advice Scotland, I have discovered that this company is based in Morocco and therefore buyers do not have the protection of UK purchase law.
My advice would be not to but any of their shoddy goods as you can’t return them nor are you able to obtain a refund.

If I could give a minus score it would be MINUS 10.
This company took my money then didn't supply any goods.
STAY AWAY.

I ordered sandals size 6. They arrived and more like a size 4!! Can't find return address and just read reviews. Like everyone else wish I had read reviews before ordering. Disgusting company 👎

I purchased these thermal boots last year before Christmas not only did they take ages to arrive but when they did, they didn't suit me. I asked if I can return them for a full refund ..they said they could only accept a refund if it was 'faulty. So they had £35 off me for free. Theiving money people from China. Thanks .

I left a review about this company some months ago. The product and the aftersales service were appalling. I was so annoyed and wanted my money back. Fortunately I had paid through Paypal and through their resolution service I was able to recover my money but I doubt Bestmart suffered at all. And their shoddy products are still selling despite their awful reviews. Pity.

WARNING BEWARE SCAM do NOT buy from this site. They are online shop on Facebook I orderedsize 5 sneakers 19.99 were horrid cheap and nasty plastic slippy sole, too big, smelt terrible not as described. There is no returns I have emailed their website they don’t respond, you will not find a return address or returns policy in fact you will not find any type of contact. No paperwork with package no returns or contact info on my address label. I have spent a few hours googling searching nothing! They trade under different names. I am hopping mad as I shed of checked reviews and there are so many people in the same situation. I am really angry they rob your hard earned money money and must of made slot of money out of honest people like me! I have reported to trading standards and am have raised a dispute with PayPal. I wish I knew how to bring a dispute on fab,

I received a pair of £23.98 shoes last week, 3 weeks late, they are cardboard and not leather. I have now contacted them twice via email and three times via website. I am livid. I’m now trying to seek advice as to how I get a refund.😡😡😡😡😡😡!

Shoes arrived months late. I have contacted the company twice to send them back but no response. i have contacted them again through their website today and am always hopeful of a response. Will update this if I return, but I am (stupidly?) still hopeful of a refund.

Worst company ever, goods are not as photograph, they never respond to emails, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I have £50+ of useless goods. I have been trying for over a year to get a response from them, they have failed everytime. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY.

I spent £20 on 'Blowfish' shoes - they took ages to arrive and they look nothing like the photo and are definitely not by Blowfish. I am trying to arrange a return and refund but, when Customer Service eventually reply, they are saying they won't refund.

DO NOT BUY - SCAMMERS!
Bought some sandals which were faulty when they arrived (stitching had fallen apart) Emailed them as instructed to ask how to return - email undeliverable as domain does not exist.
Emailed directly to the email which sent the confirmation and received a reply apologising and asking for photos and details.
These were emailed the same day. No response followed despite me emailing several times. 3 weeks on and I have tried to email them again and surprise surprise - undeliverable as domain does not exist.

just ordered shoes for my wife took my money on 24th May ive sent 2 emails no replay just seen all the comments doesn't look good
