I then get a fake email claiming to be royal mail saying they have been notified I have a parcel coming from China... it's all BS...I have emailed company 7 times and had no reply ... I've been waiting 26 days now and not a single thing.. avoid this company at all cost...

This company not even worth one star. We have ordered boots in November and still not had them the tracking number stated it In Shanghai from the day we ordered them. Emailed serval times no answer even emailed contactabesmart.comthat bounced back. Terrible company wouldnât order with them again.

Lesson learned. READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING!!!
UPDATE. Jan 5th.
The boots I ordered arrived today which was a relief. I had emailed 4 times with no response which is not good customer service. In future I will always read reviews before buying from companies I donât already know.
Ordered boots on November 20th. No boots have arrived and I have emailed three times to find out whatâs happened.
I have had no reply, there is no other way to contact the company so Iâm guessing I have lost my money. A really dreadful experience.

Pleased with my order
After reading lots of negative reviews, I thought I might of made a big mistake ordering some winter boots. But I would like to say, my shopping experience was excellent. I was able to track my order daily, they arrived in 7 days and they are perfect. I worn them for the first time today and they are so light and comfy, I felt like I had my slippers on. The fit is perfect. Just hope they are rain, snow and slip proof now and if so I will be ordering different colours.

I ordered a pair of ladies ankle boots, which did arrive and were actually quite nice. However l wanted a
UK size 7.5 and somehow received size 2.5. (Not sure if it was my mistake or theirs). However, there was no return address in the parcel and couldnât find anything on their website. I sent 4 e-mails with no response.
I guess Iâve learned to check their reviews first in future, and just chalk up the ÂŁ28 loss to experience.
