I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing this rubbish headband/headphones. Their refund policy is non existent. Can no legal steps be taken to stop them trading?

The worst Company ever!! Do not buy anything here.

I ordered shoes having read about them on a Plantar Fasciitis site. I did not receive a confirmation of my order. When the shoes were delivered the package did not include a delivery note or copy of my order.
The shoes were far too small. Although the photo showed a lace, it did not undo like a normal lace.
I had difficulty finding address or contact for this company as I wanted to return the shoes for a refund, which I think is normal for online purchase.
I sent emails to various addresses over 3 months. Reply eventually received showing website address and says that shows no returns/refunds. I would never have ordered from them if I had been directed to this.
I will never order from this company again and will make every effort to make their very poor service made known. I am nearly £30 out of pocket.

I have wasted months trying to get an address off this company to return two pairs of awful trainers that I stupidly bought from them. They took a month to come
And that was only because I pestered them. They came wrapped in bubble wrap in an envelope with no paperwork at all. They were so badly made and too big.
I email regularly insisting they reply with a return address but never get a reply. I cannot afford to lose this money as I’m a pensioner. They were described completely differently than they are.
I keep writing as I can’t afford to give up but as I bought them and paid for them in March I doubt now That they will reply.
I wished I had read these reviews before and I will never be tempted to buy something advertised on Facebook again.

Shocking company. AVOID at all costs.
Order took ages to arrive and when I tried to contact them about a return, which was advertised as free, they just didn’t respond to any of my emails.
I paid to return to the address on the packaging and have still heard nothing 6 weeks later. Disgusted at the complete lack of communication. Obviously if I receive a refund I will let you know.

I received a Soundband headband after weeks of waiting only to find that they are a load of rubbish - don't believe the hype... I've tried to get a refund from this useless company to no avail. The email I sent to an address on their website bounced and sending a message via their Contact Us form on the website has been met with radio silence. Avoid this pile of rubbish that pretends to be a business unless you want to throw your money away.

Think before buying from this company ,as i have never received my order and i have message them several times with no reply.

Nightmare I would NEVER recommend or use this company again. The issues started with my order they charged and sent me 2 pairs of identical sandals.
I immediately informed them at of their error and returned 1 pair incurring the cost. Despite several emails I have not even received replies never mind a refund !
As for quality of the sandals they were described as TAN they are actually ORANGE and they are generally most definitely not of the standard they described.

I ordered trainers they have not sent conformation but have taken money out of bank so much for quick delivery im waiting in hope they will arrive

Bought shoes sold as a (bunion corrector £24.99) through Bestmart last August just before going on holiday. The shoes arrived at my work place, by the time got back 8 days later. The shoes were nothing like the image but that wasn't the issue. One foot didn't fit properly around my big toe. In an email response, I was told that the did not refund items that didn't fit properly only those that were faulty. To cut a long story short I complained, waited 3 weeks for a response they wanted photo evidence of the fault fit which I sent. I waited another 3 weeks. Then I was asked to provide postage receipt ( made sure the package was tracked back to China which cost £15!). They dragged their feet in responding to emails it was a joke!
Never heard from them again!! Went through PayPal complaints/ refund page the company didn't respond. These shoes are still a available by various companies sold via China - Trading Standard are now involved. You have been warned.

Purchased the Lungmart Spirometer. It is exactly as described and I use it every day. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because delivery time was too long. The Post Office tracking number could not be tracked - BUT the Royal Mail delivered it.
This is NOT a scam company, but from the many reviews it appears the products are not of great quality. However that was not my experience.

I wish I had the choice of no star rating. Ordered sandals which were nothing like the illustrations and were obviously cheap copies worth pennies! I have tried contacting their customer service ( what service?!!) But to no avail. Also sent emails to the company I used via PayPal but no joy there either. I have attached photos to my emails to show the difference .I really don't want others to be caught like I have. Never use this company again!!!

I have waited four months since ordering my shoes and had given up hope of ever receiving them. No response when I queried the order on two occasions however yesterday they arrived, the correct size & fitted perfectly. That said I will not order from this company again

The sandals I ordered were size 5 they arrived 3.5 size. The product is not leather but cheap rubbish. The advertising photo shows embossed naming on the straps - this company is flogging very cheap imitations - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Also. No chance of getting a response from them either

I didn't read reviews until after ordered so was expecting the worse. No confirmation or telephone contact details so I had given up on the lung appliance so to my surprise it arrived today still no information where it came from but have received it

If I could give zero stars I would and only wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering.
I ordered the Lung care unit on 24th April, supposedly would come within 7-14 days. I received an email with a tracking number. Have just checked the tracking number and advised it doesn't exist.
It would seem this is a scam Company but, if others on here have received items ( no matter how bad quality) then a " Company" of sorts must exist.
Is there anything we can do about this.
I have emailed them and completed their online form. Nothing.
Are they still advertising on Facebook? Can we get them banned?
If anyone has knowledge of what we can do about this rogue company, please let us know, if only to stop other poeple being taken in by them.

Delivery still not arrived waiting a month now. No sign of it yet. Lung excerser. Don't order one!

I finally received my sandals (although one pair was the wrong size). Really badly made and that’s just looking at them. The colour wasn’t at all what the FB ad suggested. I have walking difficulties which is why I took a punt on them but I wish I’d looked at reviews first and saved my money.

Now I’m going to attempt to return them and get a refund. Wish me luck!

I can only echo previous critical comments. We ordered sandals for my wife weeks ago and there is still no sign of them. Neither will the company reply to persistent emails despite their promise to reply within one working day. I am sadly not sufficiently tech-savvy to mount a social media campaign against this company but I would gladly support one if anyone else cared to start it!

PS In fairness, I have to report that the sandals did eventually arrive, well-packed and as described. But communication still leaves much to be desired.
