I’m living in Germany so I knew package would take a long time but almost a month felt ridiculous. Even with customs. Lucky the product came 2 days before the birthday of the person receiving the gift. The gift itself looked amazing. But overall a bit of a pain to wait for.

I did not realize that everything was being made in and shipped directly from China, which means even with “expedited” shipping it will take weeks for your order to arrive! The checkout process did not give me an anticipated delivery date, which should have been a red flag. I did not receive an order update until more than 1 week after ordering, and that was only after I emailed customer service to demand an update. I was told my order had shipped, but that is obviously not true because the “tracking link” has not updated for 2 days. I would cancel the order if I could!
Don’t fall for low prices… buy American Made, or even better… pay someone local to make what you want. It will probably cost more, but you will get what you wanted in a reasonable timeframe… unlike BestCustom!

This company is the worst company I have ever done business with and even worse is ripping me.off when I was buying a Charlie Kirk flag!! Had me.pay for expedited shipping and didnt get it any quicker than choosing free shipping!! Keep giving me the run around on a refund, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look elsewhere for your items! Flag is awful quality also this company needs shutdown and charged!! Look at all my reviews I never leave a bad review but this was needed so noone else gets tipped off!!

The cleanliness was top tier. I don’t know if I have ever experienced this level in Andalusia. The breakfast was so pleasant and plentiful. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, I kept praising the janitors and room attendants. The overall experience of our family staying with them was so wonderful and we will definitely recommend and appreciate their hospitality in the future.

Paid extra for a certain item and didn't get it. I had gotten something smaller. Still waiting to see if they are even going to do anything about it. I feel ripped off. Very unhappy.

Our first order got lost but you got right on it and sent a new one out and we recieved it today and the wife is happy.

Finally received my order it took a month to get here. If you’re in a hurry don’t purchase here. But the pj bottoms are cute. So if you have time to wait order here

They were so patient with me and customized exactly what I knew I wanted with not just one memorial stake but 4. Each one turned out perfect and they were so nice! They really have a creative eye and truly artistic. I will definitely be using them again for other things in their store in the near future…

Had no idea this was not made inside US. Item arrived w over 8 tracking stickers. Was correctly made but flimsy material I was not expecting for price I paid for large version. The i’s & j’s do not reflect dots above letters.

My daughter’s tuxedo cat died recently and I knew that she would miss him. So I had a custom pillow with his image on it. She loved it!

I ordered a photo pillow of my dog that passed. She was sitting in the shade in the photo, but wasn't dark. She's a white dog. That resulted in them printing her blue. Wouldn't correct the issue. If that's the best the can print then they need better editing, printers, or quality material.

Editing to add that I had already contacted customer service and they wouldn't correct it.

I paid extra to upgrade to the “Premium Quality” t-shirt and was really disappointed. After just one wash, the neckline stretched out. The material is extremely thin and unfortunately, it didn’t hold up as expected. I’m not sure what the standard shirt is like if this was the upgrade.

Unfortunately, we ended up throwing it out because it wasn’t wearable—a total waste of money. I honestly expected much better for the price.

There was no draft or preliminary look of what it would be like. They ask for a name and we put the name there but that was not supposed to be on the sign. The sign should have said line 1, line 2, etc anything that was customizable.
