Items stated to be cotton but they are labeled 95% polyester, 5% Spandex and are beyond tacky. No customer service.

I bought the cat head sculpture which was supposed to be stone. It wasn't and vaguely resembled the advertised image. They need to be sued for Deceptive Trade Practices.

Like all the other reviews, we purchased 2 shirts after seeing them in Good Morning America. The shirts were garbage. Polyester junk instead of Cotton, which is how they’re advertised. The return policy is basically non existent because they won’t refund or exchange sale items.

Shirt size was not correct and did not match their sizing chart on their web site. I tried numerous times to have my money refunded or to find out how to return the item with no luck.

This company is horrible . I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband . They sent the wrong size . The shoes came without an invoice . I have sent at least 15 e-mails and they have not responded . They do not have a phone number . We paid over 70.00 and want a refund . Will never order from them again

This company is a disgrace to online shopping. Their products are smaller than advertised and the quality is way under regular standards for a wool or cashmere sweater. Terrible fraud. Trying to return the items turned into a nightmare. Bestbeststones is a ripoff. !

Company is a scam. false advertising, garbage products. nothing matches what they advertise and refuse to take back their garbage merchandise. Wrong colors, wrong materials, mislabeled sizes. Refuse to honor a return and refund. had to dispute charges with my credit card company.

Total CCP rip off site. Ordered a 100% cotton heavy weight polo and got a very low quality, 100% polyester (don't really know since there were no labels at all in the shirt) "polo". no response to email about the problem. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I paid $162.00 for garbage!!! Ordered (3) Fleece shirts & (1) Plush Cashmere Sweater. All of these items were pure Chinese POLYESTER!! The colors were off & the "Large" sizes, fit like Medium. All of the items had "Made in China" written all over them. BEWARE: This site is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

The products (two polo shirts) were NOT at all the look of what they looked like in their ads. Further, when I contacted them about the fact that they also didn't fit, I received feedback that said that I had to take pictures of the shirts; and of the package they came in, which I did. Just today I received - after requesting a return address to send the products back in - a note that said they would give me a 20% discount. Hell with that! DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

Bestbestones doesn't deserve even a single star. They're garbage. They sent me some cheap piece of crap shirt that looked nothing like the one I purchased and became unresponsive when I brought it to their attention. They shouldn't be allowed to do business online. They're thieves.

This company is a scam!
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered three men’s shirts and spent $91, but what I received were three shirts that were far too small and clearly women’s sizes. When I contacted customer support for a refund, they told me they would only refund 10%—even though I never received the correct items. In the end, I wasn’t refunded at all and never got what I actually ordered. Based on my experience, the company’s handling of this situation was extremely disappointing. Their refusal to provide a proper refund after sending the wrong items may violate consumer protection standards, of federal and state laws prohibiting unfair or deceptive business practices. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Yet I ordered 2 polo shirts, and they were extremely inferior. The sleeves were too short and they did not fit. They were NOT as advertised.
I asked them for a return and refund. They said no....they did not respond to me pointing out their ad, citing "no risk guarantee"

This company is a total scam. Completely different material than advertised. I am 128 lbs and these were a medium size polo shirt but still way too small. Took 26 days to reach me and you only have 30 days to return. They are not answering my emails and nowhere to start a return on their website. I am going to initiate a chargeback at my bank. Why isn't a minus 1 star possible?

If it seems too good to be true, it is and, in this case, it was!
I'm a little ashamed of myself for being taken however if I can help one person.
Didn't receive the product I ordered; what did come was something three sizes too small and remotely looked like the items I ordered.
No one responded to my emails, and I thought using a third party for payment would give me some assistance should I have a problem; it did not.
They claim to have a brick-and-mortar location but that proved to be unverifiable.
I was unable to contact anyone from the company and each time I see one of their ads, it disappointing knowing someone else will be taken advantage of!
Please just shop somewhere else!

Worst scam ever!!! Wish I had seen this site before ordering. Buyer Beware!! Product was not what was advertised!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!! I would give it negative stars if that were possible.

Company is a total scam. Unfortunately learned the hard way. Ordered 4 XL polo shirts. First sign of scam was confirmation email stated that items will be "SHIPT" in several weeks. Secondly, link for customer service isn't operable. Received shirts yesterday; cheap polyester T-shirts 2 sizes too small. Another scam from China (packaging has Chinese characters).

Everything about this Company is a "LIE" / Its Products / Its Communications / Its Advertising!, ETC !! DONT BUY A THING FROM THEM - Best Best my ***- should call Worst /Worst ...
