I order a purse which was supposed to be the best leather you can buy. The purse was nothing like advertised. I was very disappointed.

Pplease do not order anything from this company. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I ordered a bag from this company, which stated this was calf skin leather. And it wasn’t even a good plastic. I also paid for express shipping which took three weeks I don’t call that express. I’ve contacted them and all they could say is just wait. It’ll be there. When it finally arrived, I would not even give this purse to anyone.

you sent me the wrong size and would not fix it.you wanted me to pay to send it back and pay for it to be mail without you saying you would fix it you beat me once it will never happen again

Over a month to get your good, clothing is not what you see in the pictures when it comes to quality, sizing is not even close to standard sizes. Stay away from these guys, reported as a scam. Worst customer service ever.

This website is a scam, not a real company with products. Even the website is a copy of another, or maybe they are part of the same scam. Do not order anything from them unless you want to support Chinese gangsters financially.

Like their shoes, ordered two pairs, paid for shipping insurance. The shoes were poorly packaged, they did not use a box. Shoes were dented when they arrived. Sent them an email letting them know about the problem. Disappointed to read all these negative reviews, I dont stand a chance with their customer service and I paid for the shipping insurance. Lesson learned, buyers beware.

This so called company is a "Big SCAM" they know that the products that they have are no good, SIZE wise and quality wise, they will take your money first, and send you a product that they know will not fit you. and when you contact them for a "RETURN" this is when the truth comes out. the 100% guarantee is a trap game, they will tell you that you must pay to return it to China, and they will determine if you are entitled to a refund. Now they have the product and all your money. then comes the second part of the game, they will offer you a 15% refund. this is really the end game, they make 85% profit off each person that pay for this "END GAME" I subject that everyone who has been burned by this SCAM contact the State Attorney General Office right away. file a complaint, let get rid of SCAM so called companies like this one.

I ordered an XL polo type shirt. I received a Small size shirt and Bestbestones customer service offered a 10% refund and told me to give the shirt to a kid. Wow!! They came back with a 15% refund and I still keep the tiny shirt. For a full refund, I would need to pay for return shipment of product to China; but they would only credit a refund when they received (which I figured they would never acknowledge receipt). Of course, I refused to take the offer because the math would make no sense. All I ever asked was for them to replace the shirt, which they never offered. That made me think they no longer had this shirt in my size.

I usually have very good results purchasing products from ads online. Bestbestones had good ads and I ordered two of their white Polo style shirts in 2XL size and one dark green Polo in 3XL as they were out of stock in the 2XL. I had no idea they were made and marketed from China. It took about 14 days to arrive. I normally were XL shirts as I am 6-4, 235 but I thought best to get the larger sizes for more comfort, etc. As soon as they arrived I tried on the white item first and I could not get the shirt over my head and shoulders. It fit have fit a 12 year old kid. Then I was leery about the 3XL dark green model. While I could get this one over my head I could not pull the shirt down over my chest - just too tight. The cost for the three shirts was just under $100. I tossed them in the trash. I should have read the reviews - I was in a hurry. No way will I waste my time trying to get a refund. That would cost me hundreds of dollars and a lot of anxiety. I am writing this to warn anyone who will like the ads. Just pass this one up. It is a total scam

I do not think this company can improve anything because they get away with what they do, and no one takes any action against them. They are located in China; you find out this after you try to return their clothing and it costs the buyer hundreds of dollars to ship a 35-dollar shirt back! First, they make it unbelievable hard to even get the mailing address to ship it back, they put a phony label when you receive the item and waste time by making you send pictures of the item. They should let the customer know the items are from China and cannot ship back even if the sizing is off because it cost 4 times more than the item.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This business is a complete scam. Out of 51 reviews, every single one is one star, and for good reason. I ordered a sweater and a jacket as Christmas gifts, and they never arrived. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for a refund, I’ve received no response whatsoever. They ignore all communication. Do not fall for this, save your money and shop elsewhere. This company is not legitimate.

I tried to make a purchase. I kept getting a message that the payment did not go through, try again. I gave up after 6 attempts. All 6 tries DID go through! Fortunately, my bank flagged it, called me and we stopped all payment. I knew that if it weren't for the bank, I would never get a refund from a company like this. BEWARE! After reading some of the reviews about quality, I consider myself lucky.

Bought 5 shirts sized it according to there measurements which I felt good about.
Tried to return but don’t get an answer from them. $172 waisted

I received my 4 High Collar Sweaters, IF you want to call them that !! !! !! .. .. Delivery was surprisingly fast. 10 Days after Ordering .. .. BUT when I opened the poorly packaged (half ripped open) .. .. The Sweaters were NOT at all like what they/is pictured on their Website !! .. .. Talk about cheap material and flimsy quality .. .. AND to add injury to insult, I ordered size 5X which should have fit me perfectly .. .. ONLY ONE was OK !! .. .. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BUMS !! !!

Another customer who bought before checking the reviews. Didn't get what I ordered. Shipping back to China was to be rediculously expensive. Ended up taking the "20%" refund. Total SCAM. Stay away.

Purchased CASHMERE sweater. Received polyester sweatshirt. Asked for an exchange. Offered send back polyester garment to China and I PAY FOR SHIPPING. had similar experience with socks. Sent item to China, USPS confirmed delivery BUT CHINESE company says never got package!

Bestbestones now offering me 20% of original price $49.98 or approximately $10. PURE SCAM!

Took 1 month to deliver and they were wrong size. No response back from customer support. I tried to dispute charges with my bank but because they use a third party Pay Pal my bank would not reverse the charge. I am now stuck with a pair of costly shoes that do not fit. They are also cheaply made.
