purchased 6 sweters large size retuned to the adress provided and this location is not there so usps is returning my package back to me. so i am stuck with large never again purchasing from bestbestones

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... Purchased what was supposed to be Cashmere clothing. Not even close to description or material. Asked to return for refund and for 3 weeks kept getting response offering a discount to keep the clothing and as they described it "you can sell to someone in US!" Finally they said no refund but will give me 20% discount. NEVER GOT REFUND.. Save yourself some time and purchase from reputable company's... If the price seems to be to TOO GOOD, you will be disappointed in the long run, stay away from this company in China.

This is a fraudulent company based in China. I ordered a sweater claiming to be cashmere. It cost $59.20. It arrived and was such poor quality. The sleeves only came down to the middle of my arm and they were huge. Also not one bit of cashmere....95% polyester 5% spandex. They refused to honor a return and were very rude in their communications when I wrote several times to complain about the product. So be warned...do NOT order anything from this company.

1 star only because no stars is not an option... Products arrived, but they look nothing like the items shown on the website. A complete waste of $100, I will not be wearing them!

HORRIBLE quality !! Seriously, this is the worst online
purchase I have EVER made! Also, NO ONE responds to my emails requesting where I return the items and get my refund! I am assuming all is a scam and am going to keep writing reviews so that it might deter at least someone not to waste their money !!!!!

It is unfortunate that a company gets away with fraud. Their cashmere is polyester , how can Facebook allow this company to advertise inferior products is beyond me. I guess they use all the money paid for their advertising , that they receive from customers who choose to take their 10 or 20% compensation because it costs so much to return in mailing fees. No regard for honesty , do not make purchases from this business !!

The quality of their items is substandard, all ordered in medium, and one of the items was not even close to the size ordered. Terrible company…

I ordered a coat as a gift for Christmas. I even asked for fast shipping. After 3 weeks, it finally arrived. after Christmas. Then the item didn't fit. I asked for a return address/authorization. After going back and forth, they offered a 10% refund and I can keep the coat. IT DOESN'T FIT. 10% doesn't make it magically fit. still going back and forth. I put in a dispute with my credit card in hopes they can help facilitate the return and refund.

Actually zero stars. Ordered a nice looking cotton shirt, got a tight polyester rag. Fighting for a refund. Fraudulent company. Stay away. China.

Saw their beautiful stone cat and ordered one at $48.98. First, it initially never arrived, I pushed them and they sent a small plastic cat instead of the advertised stone. Went back and forth for weeks as I hate being scammed...My final email simply asked them "is the cat real stone as advertised?" They replied with their Chinese address and offered me a 20% refund. I have asked for a full refund and told them I would dispose of the cheap plastic cat in the garbage. I have little expectations that I will ever hear back - they are a huge scam! Too bad, it was a beautiful looking cat...

Ordered 3 shirts, 1 is okay even though I feel is cheaply made. The other 2 are too small and the sleeves are like 3/4 sleeves instead of being long sleeve. Not at all like pictured. I'm not going to bother with a refund or a return. I'm going to caulk it up as a loss and never again buy from them. I will donate the two shirts that are too small. I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered from them. Bottom line Bestbestones clothes are terrible. I don't recommend buying from them as you do not know what you'll get.

SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY

I finally got my products. They were what i ordered and they were as expected. The package was in the USPS system promptly but it was held because the forwarder in the USA (FLYR Inc, Brooklyn, NY) put a fraudulent postage label on the package. Postage was not paid. I was able to head off the USPO from sending the package back by paying the postage due. Had i not followed this for weeks, and caught the issue at the last minute I would have not know about this issue or had gotten my package. BBS did not respond to my inquiries. Other companies make the same product but I'm unsure if they ship through thru the same forwarder. Beware.

Well, I fell for it!
I order a men's shirt. The shirt finally arrived after several weeks. The shirt was nothing like pictured, different color, different fabric and it is like a small kids size (I ordered a men's extra large). There is no marking on the shirt except a small tag with an "x" printed on it.
No one to call, no address to return!
I guess it will be a Goodwill donation. Maybe some child can wear it.

SCAM COMPANY- ORDERED A REAL STONE CAT HEAD SCULPTURE WITH GLASS EYES. I RECEIVED A CLAY/PLAYDOUGH SCULPTURE OF A CATS HEAD THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CREATED IN ANY AVERAGE 1ST GRADE CLASS. THE EYES WERE STUCK ON DECALS. THE CLAY HAD BEEN AIR BRUSHED TO RESEMBLE STONE. ITEM WASA MUCH SMALLER THAN SHOWN IN PHOTO.

All the negative comments in the other reviews are correct. What I received was not what was advertised. Don't be deceived by the phony customer reviews on the company web site. I wish I'd seen these reviews before I squandered $50.

I placed an order with bestbestones.com on 11/2/2025, and as of today (1/3/2026) I have not received it. I have twice requested they cancel my order and refund my money, but they refused. I was told to wait until I receive the order and then return it for a refund. Based on the reviews I have read, I doubt I will receive the order, and, even if I do, returning it will be too costly. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

It is a scam!
The quality of the garments((2) are horrible! I ordered and changed my mind in less than 15min and cancelled. They sent the order anyway and charged my card. Even though they contacted me shortly after I canceled and asked me why. They said the garments were Cashmere. Instead it is a cheap nylon. A total scam!

I never received the items ordered. Customer Service, if that is what you want to call it, was a complete joke. I requested a refund and showed how the tracking just stopped. At one point they said they would reship, which did not happen. Then I asked PayPal to intervene, and magically they produced tracking that said delivered, which is not true. Out $95 with no recourse.

Very disappointed, as everyone else is. These shirts are such horrible quality and don't look anything like they are advertised to be. A 4XL shirt that fits like a 2X. It's very tight, only goes half way down my stomach, and the sleeves are so long my hands disappear. I was not trying to buy an SNL costume.
