The craftsmanship is beautiful. You can really feel the quality of genuine handmade Italian shoes. The leather is gorgeous, the design is elegant and distinctive, and the fit is excellent and very comfortable.

There was a small issue with the colour of my original order, but the Benheart team handled it with kindness and professionalism. They listened, responded promptly, and offered a very generous solution, which I truly appreciated.

Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality, craftsmanship and design of the shoes, as well as the way the team handled the situation. Benheart clearly takes pride in what they make, and I would happily purchase from them again.

Benheart is the complete package. We all know that the products are of high quality, beautiful craftmanship and soft leather. What makes the package complete is the after care, the customer service.
Unfortunately, one of the zippers of my High-Top Leather Sneakers (RUGGERI H490) broke wearing them for the second time. An item malfunctioning can happen. The question is, how will customer service handle this? One word: FANTASTIC!
After reporting the flaw, customer service immediately send me a new pair ... wrapped as a gift! No emailing back and forth. Immediate action. Shoutout to Giuliano, Chadia and Afef Lamar.

I spent a month in Florence and found Benheart and got to meet Ben at his store. I bought a jacket, but it wasn’t done before I left and it was mailed to me. The jacket was twice as big when I got it. I was able to work with Giuliano - Logistcs and warehouse manager. We have been emailing since April. Giuliano was extremely responsive to my needs. Following up with me first getting the jacket, then when it didn’t fit, he worked to get it back and repaired. Giuliano is an asset to your company.
I was able to get the jacket the 2nd time and it fit. Thank you so much for being so diligent.
