The private booking process is explained step by step, and they’re always available if you need help or clarification. The key is to check what is and isn’t covered — such as blood tests, X‑rays or overnight stays — and I found that calling Benenden whenever I was unsure made the process smooth, as they were always happy to confirm details.”

The whole experience with Benenden was…
The whole experience with Benenden was excellent. I saw a specialist quickly, had a follow up consultation and then subsequent surgery in a very short space of time. I was informed of each step of my treatment to ensure that I understood and that I was comfortable with everything. Overall, the staff are helpful, informative and add confidence to the whole hospital experience.
The hospital itself is a welcoming place, clean, tidy and well maintained. There is plenty of car parking and a cafe on site, although it is limited in menu choice, its a nice place to sit for a coffee or light lunch.

Choose Benenden - They provide an excellent service
Benenden give a great service, stepping in when NHS appointments have very long waiting lists. I have been with them for many years and have called upon them a couple of times when my health has required their expertise.
