Absolutely the worst customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service. They don’t respond directly to your questions and concerns!! Radios are trash and not as advertised. They have no intent on giving you a return address so you can get a refund on defective products!

Dishonest and untrustworthy
I purchased a belsee headunit with free shipping. Expected delivery time was 5-7 days. After 3 days I asked for a tracking number and i was informed that they wanted me to pay an additional $40USD for shipping which I declined.
Rambo at Belsee stated that they would provide a refund, which they did not, and I was required to complete a chargeback on my credit card to recover the money.
I would not recommend buying a Belsee unit as they are dishonest and untrustworthy. I have had no issues with buying from Eonon however

DO NOT BUY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a mustang head unit and fried an IC on the LCD interface PCB when I tried to connect the arm rest USB outlet. Paid for the replacement part with premium DHL shipping cost for fast shipment and one month later still no shipment. Send several follow-up with no reply until dispute opened with paypal. Ended up with paypal support to step in and refund my payment.

J'ai commandé un écran pour mon…
J'ai commandé un écran pour mon véhicule.
Il s'agit d'un revendeur chinois du coup on fait attention à la qualité. L'écran est arrivé dans les temps et la qualité semblait être au RDV. Cependant après 2 mois plus d'option tactile avec l'écran.
Il y a 4 étoiles car le service client à été au TOP.
Beaucoup d'échanges de mails (toujours réactif) pour essayer de trouver une solution (reboot, maj logiciel etc...) mais ça n'a pas fonctionné. J'ai du renvoyer l'écran par la poste et la je me suis dit, ouille ouille ouille je vais jamais le revoir.
Et bien pas du tout, ils m'ont renvoyé un écran neuf que j'ai réinstallé et qui pour le moment fonctionne parfaitement. Le hic c'est que j'ai du payer les frais d'envoi aller/retour et repayer des frais de douanes... mais bon.... chez Belsee il y a un suivi clientèle et de nos jours... c'est de plus en plus rare...
