I installed this 7-inch CarPlay radio in my Mercedes W211 and I'm very happy with it. The installation process went very smoothly. The wiring harness and CANBUS decoder were basically plug-and-play, so I didn't have to cut any factory wires. The fit and finish are good, and the dash panel matches the original interior style closely. The steering wheel controls still work, Bluetooth calls are clear, and wireless CarPlay connects quickly.

Working amazing Audi a7 2016, original mmi working. Much better than the oem one and gives you the ability to easily have android car play and phone mirroring. I am more than happy with my purchase and it works great.

Nice screen quality and integration with the original car system. Long always anwered every question i had, definitely would buy from belsee again, i installed screen on a 2019 Mazda CX5.

The 13" head unit is absolutely amazing, it totally transformed my FJ cruiser. it sounds and looks amazing. Wireless CarPlay works flawlessly. I am very happy.

Buyer Beware – My Experience with Belsee

I ordered a head unit from Belsee for about $482 in March 2026. It took six weeks to arrive. When it finally showed up, Belsee had shipped the wrong fascia, so I could not install it. They admitted the mistake and sent the correct fascia, but that took another four weeks.

After waiting about ten weeks in total, I installed the unit using the supplied wiring harness. Zero instructions were provided, but that’s ultimately OK since all the plugs only fit in one spot. I have installed aftermarket car electronics before, so I carefully checked the wiring before powering it on. The unit booted for a moment, immediately shut down, and blew my vehicle's stereo fuse. It never worked again.

To their credit, Belsee replied to my emails and tried to troubleshoot the problem. I sent them videos, pictures, multimeter measurements, etc. However, the result was still the same: I had a defective head unit. They admitted it.

The REAL PROBLEM came when it was time to honor their workmanship. Belsee expects me to pay about $100 to ship a defective product from the United States back to China before they will replace or refund it. This is the cheapest I can do it. They even suggested using "China Post," which is not available to someone shipping from the United States.

Electronic products sometimes fail. I understand that. What matters is how a company treats its customers when that happens.

After waiting ten weeks because of shipping delays and ultimately receiving a defective unit, I am expected to spend even more money just to use the warranty. That is not what I consider standing behind a product.

If you are thinking about buying from Belsee, I suggest you do not!

I don't recall how I first found Belsee, but from reddit and general reviews it seemed safe and a good option. I bought an infotainment center for my mini and I was impressed that they asked for interior photos so they could confirm it would work with my car.

When I received the device, while it seemed like a solid piece of equipment, it contained zero instructions at all. After some back and forth via email, they provided me a few 1 minute videos of screenshots. I struggled installing it and decided I'd return it and do more research/find something that would be more my speed/level.

They allow returns, so I got approval from them, paid near $100 to ship it back to China and waited for delivery confirmation. Even though the package had confirmed delivery, they never reached out. I emailed multiple times, and they kept saying they'd look for it and get back to me, but they never got back to me and never sent me a refund. I ended up having to open a dispute which I ended up winning. The whole ordeal took about 2 months.

Anyways - I would avoid Belsee. If I had read a review/experience like this ahead of time, it'd have saved me a lot of time and some money.

I ordered a head unit for my wife's 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid. She wanted a larger screen and wireless CarPlay. The unit looks great in the dash - it fits perfectly into the spot the OEM radio was, while fitting a much nicer larger screen.

BUT - While it's all working now it was quite an adventure to get here.

The radio was described as "plug and play", and arrived with no written instructions. It was unclear which cables came with the included harness were required for the vehicle, but I eventually figured it out through careful process of elimination. A few of the car's gray connectors did not fit (foreshadowing).

On contacting support I was assured by Long that everything was included and fits the OEM plugs, that not all of them are required.

On testing the radio on the first time, it became clear I was sent the wrong primary harness. I was able to identify that the plugs that I could not connect were necessary for the Radio antenna, GPS antenna, and Camera.

To confirm my issue, I was able to find cheap aftermarket adapting cables for the Radio and GPS antenna. But through all my research I reasoned the 32 pin Camera connector was not something I could fix myself.

It took quite a lot of back and forth responses (30+ emails later, over several weeks) with Long, sharing images of the car's wiring, diagrams, etc... Finally both parties agreed that the harness originally sent did not completely fit the car.

Belsee sent a new harness without additional charge, I installed it and now everything is working. The wife is happy with the radio. Despite all the hassle I do appreciate Long's dedicated support.

My recommendation to Belsee, send some written instructions with the radios, and triple check that you are sending the right harness.

purchased 23-25 Honda Crv radio from belsee doesn't work at all and Long was helpful and sent me a reprogram but it doesn't work and he refused to pay for return shipping and wants me spend money to send it back this company are WORTHLESS AND SCAMMERS DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT ALL so if you have a Crv or any other vehicle DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BELSEE AT ALL and I wish I could put them in federal prison for life

At first I received the wrong harness, but the company was great to get the new cables to me. The fit and finish is great.

Received unit for Lexus gx470. Had it in two differnt audio shops and neither could make it work. Beale agreed to take it back. Sent radio packaged as instructed. It was tracked to customs delivery4 months ago. Have been communicating with Long. He says they never received it and can offer no help. I have asked many times but always the same answer. We don’t have it. Where is it? They have my 1400.00 and the radio. Terrible experience.

I love products, Everything is very good. And Long is very kind and answers all my questions. i will definitely buy it again.

After 8 weeks, I still never received my order. I was provided with fake tracking information and endless excuses. In the end, I had to contact my bank, which arranged a refund within just a few days.

This company cannot be trusted. With nearly half of their reviews being 1-star, and many customers describing experiences just like mine, it’s clear this is not an isolated case.

If you run into issues with this company, don’t waste your time with their repetitive, excuse-filled emails. Go directly to your bank for a refund and save yourself weeks of frustration

This radio was very easy to install and connect to my iPhone. Once installed, it seamlessly connects upon powering on, and the touch screen is very responsive.

"Long" My brother from another mother! Long worked with me for months to get the Belsee head-unit harness perfected to work on the U.S. version 2023+ Chevrolet Malibus with the Infotainment 3 system. Seeing so many other reviews complimenting Long just proves he's an Amazing human being! Isent him 100's of pictures and he had his technician craft a working harness and adapter! I'm forever grateful for his genuine kindness! I'm actually going to miss having conversations with him!!

As for the unit itself—it does everything I need and more. Overall, I’m really happy with both the product and the support I received.
