I purchased a Android head unit from Belsee and it dose not fit despite sending them pictures of my Ford Kuga interior 2014 mk 2 cost for this item I can’t use was £615. 52p, I would like to mention one man who assured me this would fit my car Mr Rambo, well Mr Rambo I have contacted my Bank Barclays who are going to take up my case against You and Belsee, I have tried to communicate with Rambo but he refuses to email me back I wonder why. This is a warning to all who are thinking of using Belsee don’t because you will be disappointed like me.

I purchased a head unit for my 2019 Honda Accord LX to replace my non-touchscreen unit. The item shipped fast and arrived on time in exactly a week all the way from China!! It was pretty much plug and play, the hardest part was just getting the old unit out (my car requires the dash be taken apart to get to it). Everything on my car still works like my steering wheel buttons, lane keep assist, and adaptive cruise control. I even still have access to the car controls like locks and lighting. The unit is customizable and has wireless CarPlay, navigation, and I can even play YouTube, prime video, or other streaming services on it (you do have to go into settings to disable the safety feature). But everything was awesome it looks and sounds great!!! I couldn’t be happier!!

Customer service is terrible and my unit failed right at the end of the warranty. Even before that I tried to ask some questions remaster to the reverse camera setup and the guy was short and rude

I purchased a stereo for my 2019 MB. After 2 weeks the LCD faulted out with bizarre colors and streaks. I contacted Belsee immediately and they initially offered to send a replacement LCD but then said I had to FIRST return the faulty one and THEN they would send a replacement ALL AT MY EXPENSE. TO CHINA!! The product is faulty, customer service is terrible, and NO-ONE SHOULD EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT.

if there was a lower rating for their tech support I would select it. I got the Android 10 device for my E92 a year ago and after a couple of months, the touch stopped working. I contacted belsee and Rambo replied to me. he blamed me for installing external apps to the system but I only used google play to do so. after several emails he stopped responding and I ended up with useless unit. i am using an external keyboard with a mouse pad to control it now.

I purchased a unit 3 months ago. It was a faulty unit and it took a month of emails and videos for them to finally accept it was faulty. Now I have been waiting 2 months for a replacement. No real customer service to speak of.

Do not buy from Belsee, their support is useless. Sent unit back promised will refund to Paypal but no payment and no more communication.

I recently bought head unit(Ford Kuga) from Belsee and only saw customers' unpleasant experience a day after my purchase. I immediately advised Rambo of the concerning comments but he assured me of flawless transaction and supply. To my pleasant surprise shipment took literally 6 days to arrive in South Africa (14th -19th Nov). Unfortunately the unit was not correctly packed and the antenna was slightly bent when I opened the pack. Belsee was informed and we agreed for me to open the unit & check for damage inside, if not & then connect it before considering sending it back should it not work (pics of every step were shared with Belsee). The unit worked perfectly to this day. The only issue is, it doesn't fit 100% to the dash and its inability to fully support PDC functionality. Rest of other features work perfectly & pretty responsive...been getting responses for all the questions I raised regarding the operation of the unit practically the next day all the time due to time zone differences I suppose....

Hi All,When I Purchased my unit it took about 6months until I received it,My Xtrail has 360deg Cameras.
When I received unit I installed and it wouldnt work.Belsee sent new harness and it worked but 360deg camera didnt.Then sent diagram how to hook up camera but I kept saying its 360Deg camera.
My friend has same car he bought a Dasaita no probs

the head unit arrived defective. Microphone wouldn’t work. Besides that everything on it was great but imagine every time you get a phone call, or you want to talk to Siri, you have to remove your phone off of Bluetooth. It was really annoying.

I contact them everyday for support and it takes them a month to tell me ‘oh you have a bad Bluetooth modem chip it needs to be replaced’. I asked them several times for them to ship me a new unit and I’d return the one I have but they disregarded that idea and sent me a Bluetooth modem chip for me to solder myself. (How stupid?).

Anyways it takes a month and a half for the chip to arrive and I send the unit to a professional solder here locally. (Paid $75)

Then I plug it back in and now the microphone AND Bluetooth does not work.

I kept emailing them several times and they wouldn’t reply so I assumed they didn’t want to help. I got in contact with my friends in Shenzhen so they could go to the manufacturer and see what’s going on.

Then they decide to respond back to me when my friends were at the place.

‘Hello Amer, send us your head unit back and we will give you full refund’

I did not want a refund because I really liked the unit it was just the flawed chip that they could’ve fixed.

Rather they want me to pay for shipping to send the entire unit back so they can refund it to me.

I take pictures of every single component and all the wires that came with it that way I protect myself so they can’t say they’re missing something.

I emailed them 4 times for them to confirm that all the contents are correct and that everything is good.

They say everything is good after 2 weeks then I go ahead and ship it.

When it got to China, they emailed me saying ‘you have to pay customs fee’

I told them no way am I paying your fees.

After fighting with them over that,

They wait an entire month. The unit is with them for a month and I’m constantly nagging them with emails ‘I’m waiting for my refund’.

Again I had to have my friends in Shenzhen to intervene so they can respond.

Then they email me ‘sorry Amer you have to understand we are checking the unit’

It’s been a month. A week or 2 max should be the case to process the return but not a month.

So after a month, I got an email (yesterday)

‘The motherboard is broken and the lcd frame is broken so you have to pay for them.’

They gave me 1/3 of my refund.

I sent them pictures of everything before I shipped it out and the pictures they sent me saying it’s broken did not look like that at all.

I’m 100% certain that their technicians screwed it up and are trying to make me fit the bill.

So I went off on them and got in contact with PayPal and opened a claim.

I forwarded all the emails to them and within 10 minutes I got my full refund.

Then belsee has the audacity to email me saying it’s all my fault.

Purchased a Belsee head unit... the unit is good but took forever to arrive and they didn't ship until I contacted them for a tracking number after a few weeks. Then they wanted another $50 USD because of Covid. The unit definitely wasn't plug and play but once paying to have it installed it works good.
I just ordered Dashcam... Again after 3 weeks I asked for a tracking number... They shipped it that day. If you want your unit in any sort of reasonable time contact them immediately. They don't even start to process your order until you complain.

Definitely scam, if I was ready the comment never buy from them, I apply refund from credit card. Be careful

This dude they call Rambo sent me a email begiing not to ask for a refund cause he will send item.. Never sent it. So I opened a dispute with credit card. NEVER trust these people.

I worked with Rambo before, during, and after my purchase, and he did well by me. I purchased an Android 10 unit for my 2014 Toyota Avalon. I was willing to try anyone's radio after the Entune crap Toyota uses. I had two issues: I didn't notice the instructions provided in the Adobe .pdf with the installed apps, and the unit didn't have brackets that allowed a total factory install. I modified the bracket(1 hr) and read the .pdf...problems solved. Shipping time from China was better for me this time, who knows why. You cannot blame Rambo for shipping snafus, it's part and parcel with the shipping methods, companies, and Customs.
My unit is just amazing. I read constantly about the low-tier amp on my Avalon vs, the JBL amp that came with more expensive models, and I believed them. The problem isn't the amp, it's the sorry Entune radio. This Belsee unit turned my audio experience around 180 degrees. I have had absolutely no problems in the two months I have had it.

It has now been six months, and I wanted to update my review. So far, this unit has been stellar. I feel extremely fortunate considering the other reviews. Nothing has stopped working or even developed a hiccup. It still sounds awesome. Android Auto option now works well thanks to Google, and my phone updated to Android 11. I use the Agama Launcher and it works perfectly with this unit. I know this review will not negate any of the others, but that was not the intention anyway. I will have to admit that a package's trip from China or anywhere really, has to be a trip from hell. My box was a mess and I was scared $#&*less, but it was amazingly cushioned inside.

Do not buy from Belsee, they send broken Units. And dont send refunds, even if you send back the unit!

Gave 4 stars because it took about 5 weeks to get my radio. Just got it installed and so far it is extremely awesome. I love the looks and how responsive and fast it is. It has only been installed for a day so hopefully it won't change have any problems.

I purchased a Belsee unit to go in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Not only was it not plug and play as advertised, within one month the unit was defective. A loud screeching sound would come from the unit. At the advice of “Rambo”, I had the dash apart at least five times trying different fixes. None of which worked. I was told the motherboard needed replacing and I had to pay $100 for a new motherboard, which would be refunded when the old one was returned. I paid for and received the new motherboard which I had to have soldered into the unit.
The unit still had the same problems after the new motherboard was installed. I was asked to send the unit back which I did at a shipping cost of $80 Canadian. I received notification from “Rambo” that the unit was received. He advised that they had stock and could send me a new unit but that due to Covid they wanted $60 for shipping. I was never reimbursed for the motherboard. I advised Rambo to deduct the shipping from the money they owe me for the motherboard.

I have received no response and have not received a replacement unit. This company is corrupt and had has taken money under false pretences. I have allowed a lot of time to ship me the unit so they can not blame Covid. All attempts to contact the company have now been ignored.

I have copies of every email exchange between Belsee and myself if anyone would like proof of dates and conversations.

I would recommend customers file complaints with credit card companies and pay pal against this company as well as Ali Express for allowing the sale of this stuff on their site. If I ever hear back from Belsee I will post here.
