Great company with quality products and…
Great company with quality products and fast deliver. My only complaint, which is not the company’s fault is that the DPD delivers driver put my items at front door without knocking or using doorbell. He just left items at front door and walked off. When I asked him why he did that , he was rude to me.

We bought a red and white stripe bell…
We bought a red and white stripe bell tent from Bell Tent Boutique 3 years ago and we absolutely love it! We have it up in the garden in the summer and have also taken it camping. The kids love it! We also lost a few pieces and Lily was so helpful sending us replacements!

Amazing company
Amazing company! We've had our bell tent for the past 4 years and it's been amazing camping with style! Especially during the heatwave I love that you can lift up the sides yet still be shaded!
We recently purchased an awning to go with it, the delivery was super quick. Unfortunately the bag for the awning arrived slightly damaged but Lily resolved it super quickly for us! Thank you :)

Superb customer service
I've bought a couple of items from Bell Tent Boutique and been very impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of the goods. The curved awning canvas was more robust than I'd expected and the eyelets well-stitched.
I'd emailed with an issue over a faulty part - could not have been spotted until the item was in use - and they not only rang me to talk through the problem the same day, they very kindly sorted out a replacement part and couriered it out the following one. Absolutely brilliant customer service and so good to be able to talk to someone about it.
Would recommend and buy from again without hesitation.
