Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the service and delivery speed.

We’re sorry the guy ropes were not what you expected. These are described as the same 5mm reflective guy ropes we supply with our bell tents, designed specifically for canvas tent pitching and strength, rather than the thinner style sometimes used on lightweight camping tents. The images do reflect that they are not guy ropes for nylon tents.

As discussed directly with you, we were happy to offer a return to help resolve the issue, and we always try to support customers wherever we can.

We do appreciate the feedback and hope the images and description saying 5mm thick helps most customers understand these are not thin style guylines.
