My Bee necklace broke first time I tried to put it back on after a shower. Bracelet keeps sliding open. Cheaply made. Worst part is there is zero contact ability unless you order something else. It’s TERRIBLE. I’m wondering now if this is a big scam. 100K isn’t close enough to help the bees compared to what this faceless company is RAKING IN. I truly hope they are at the very least donating 100K. I love Bees and am doing everything in my power to help save them, but I feel scammed at this point!

I ordered earrings for my granddaughter for Christmas. It’s now almost Easter. Still no earrings. I have contacted them several times and they keep saying they are going to personally correct the problem and ship the earrings. I have ask for a refund and so far no reply. So, if you are thinking about making a purchase DON’T.

They are a scam. Took my money and recieved nothing . Will be filing a fraud report with my bank . Do not buy!

Worst online shopping experience ever! It’s been a month and I still have t received the two sweaters I ordered and they are in China not America like they say they’re. Wish I would’ve read these before ordering

This has been my worst online shopping experience. The sweatshirt I received was not at all like the one pictured - color was a different green, black lettering instead of white - cheap fabric - and fit was so wrong. I ordered large, but may have to regift to someone who wears a small. And it took forever to get! This is my first public review, but had to share to help others.

At Bee Mission they "SAY" that their products are made in and shipped from the USA. They list themselves as a USA company. I have been waiting for my order for almost a month now and the tracking number provided says the items are still in China. USA/China? Yeah, last time I checked ...same country.

Why can't businesses just be honest?

I made an order order of 2 sweatshirts and quickly realised I'd ordered the wrong size and contacted them immediately. I was ignored, I contacted them again and was ignored again. All I wanted was to change the size which most companies would do no problem however I was just ignored, they have my money and I have two sweatshirts that are absolutely useless to me. Shocking customer service! Won't be ordering from them again!

I finally received 2 shirts i ordered. I read to order 2 sizes up which I did. Quality is poor. A large is like a kids medium. The 2xl is like a large. I requested a return. Let's see how that goes. Their photos like 1000% better then what you receive.

Ordered a necklace for my wife. Took a while to arrive, but coming from the US to the UK in current times that's not unreasonable.

However, after less than 6 months of frequent, but not continuous, wear the decal has all faded and we are left with a plain silver pendant. Very disappointing to have such a short life on in.

Upon contacting customer services, I got an extremely disappointing "please note that this item fades over time and unfortunately 6-months is past the duration of time allowable for filing a complain as per our replacement policies!"

Having checked descriptions again, there is no indication of the item being expected to fade (though I would have perhaps expected it over several years).

I wish I had of read reviews, as I normally do, before ordering the earrings.
I will delete and block emails from this company, and I will spread the word of the reviews.

The bee becklace is beautiful and much better quality than I had expected for the price. I ordered the ear rings to match now.

In april (!) 2020 I ordered two rings (USD 29.95 each) and a bunch of "freebies"-jewelry with a subscription payment of USD 12.95 (which has been renewed for months while waiting for the items!) - now january 2021 - almost 9 months later I have merely received the 2 paid rings, all the socalled "freebies" WITH an international shipping cost of $109.89 (!!!) has NOT been shipped/received. I have opened multible tickets on your help desk, each one promising updates and resolutions that was never handled nor replied further to. I really do think you owe me either the items ordered or the shipping cost refunded! Marie in Denmark

As the website states, we are helping bees, educating people on bees and giving someone a gift that will help the bees - how would the receiver of the gift EVER know this! I ordered 2 bee necklaces, they arrived (slowly), no problem, the chain is average quality the bee is cute.. No paperwork...no information on how this will help, no adoption certificate...Contacting customer service I was told to print the pages off the internet... How can we educate children on the plight of the bees by just handing over the necklace.. I gave this to a 5 year old and 7 year old at it's important that when I give a gift it has meaning and a life lesson... It would cost nothing to include a cute adoption form for the bee and a little bit to educate a child on the importance of bees in the eco-system... I would rate their customer service 0 and I feel like I have been conned...Apparently the Queen Bee was too busy to email me... I am still awaiting a adequate reply...

Cheap product, poorly packaged. And Bee Mission doesn't actually do anything for bees. I wish I could return the earrings for a refund, but they only accept damaged items.

Placed an order back in September. Still have not received it. When asked for a refund they replied with "I'll request my team re-ship it". Package hasn't arrived and customer support is awful. Will be disputing this. Don't buy from them they're a scam.

I placed a simple order back in August for earrings and have yet to receive them. I have reached out to support and they keep responding with illegitimate excuses of why I haven't received my product or where it even is. It has been a frustrating experience and I hope whomever reads this will stay away from buying their product as I have come to realize it is a scam.

I bought a $20 bracelet and I love it, but now I’m getting charged $13 a month when I didn’t authorize it. Trying to get in touch with them is absolutely impossible. They say they have a “help desk” but using it is like pulling teeth. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure it out with no luck. They have cute stuff, but it’s not worth your time or money

1 star because I need to select a star. Otherwise would be a 0. Terrible. Do not buy, total scam. Bought gift for a friend back in September & still getting charges at weird hours in the night so never realized till months later. Never authorized this, they don't have a customer service line & completely unable to cancel. Save your money & the stress. Companies like this are a complete disappointment. Bee Mission, if you see this know that I hope you enjoyed the money you did not deserve for 4 months but you will not be getting anymore! Get a real job instead of scamming people

This company will scam you. I bought 3 items in September, received one of them in NOVEMBER and after asking for a refund several times have failed to hear anything back from them.
Please dont buy anything from here, save your money.

I ordered a « bee KIND » sweater and receive a « bee HAPPY » one. Its just not the product I ordered. Also, nowhere on the product did it mention that it was actually certified organic cotton :(
Delivery was slow but that was expected with the COVID situation. the company sent an email to advise that it was shipped and to be patient and not worry (which was greatly appreciated and helped manage my expectations).
